To the teenager who came running after me today at Walmart. I had just left walmart and was walking to my truck. Once there started loading the bags into my back seat. I got into my truck and reached for my phone and couldn't find it. I quickly got out of my truck and checked my bags and just outside the vehicle incase I dropped it. I also checked all my pockets one more time. I starting heading toward the front door. I got called over by a young kid maybe 17. He was staring right at me yelling out sir and I noticed a phone like mine in his hand. He handed it to me and said glad I caught you before you left. I've been standing here at the door looking for you. You left it next to the debit machine. As thanked him his dad walked out with his bags. I gave his son one more thank you and told his dad you have a good boy right here. He looked at me and said yup I'm proud of him too.

Brought a close friend of mine for her radiation treatment at the Windsor Regional Cancer Centre today. Just want to let the female parking lot attendant know that the smiley face you put on the ticket meant a lot to us. Years ago when I brought my Dad for his chemo-therapy, I stopped and helped him out of the car and the person working the parking lot was so nasty, yelling at us for stopping for just a minute. Little things can make such a difference, especially when someone is dealing with a loved one and cancer!! So thank you and keep up the great work!

To the elderly couple at McDonalds today, near Pilette. Thank you for giving me and my friend from Brennan those free coffee stamp things! Where you have to buy seven coffees and get the eighth one free. It was a shock to us both. However, we are very thankful! :)

To the company that runs the concessions at the WFCU Center. I don't understand how you can justify charging the prices you do. Word of advise to anyone going to an event at the WFCU Center. Don't go hungry or thirsty! Speaking to the Manager was like talking to a wall.

I had to bring my infant son to the doctors offices this morning. It was our third visit in the last 6 months. As if bringing your infant to see a specialist isn't stressful enough,each time we are met with the rudest parking lot attendant I have ever encountered. She is an older woman and she never says "hello" or even tells you the total owed. She just glares and sticks her hand out for the money. The last time she didn't even pause in her phone conversation to acknowledge me at all. Today, as usual she didn't greet me or bother to tell me my total. Then, when I went to hand her my $20 bill to pay for my parking she very rudely said that she can't keep making change for $20 bills and that everyone pays with $20's and she doesn't have enough change to get through the day. I politely replied that I only had a $20, so unfortunately she would have to make change or I couldn't pay at all. She glared at me and snapped "I'm not a bank you know" ... Yes, I realize you are not a bank. However, you are a business and it is not my fault that you don't keep enough change for your PAYING customers. Obviously this is a recurring problem, so instead of being rude to customers maybe keep more change on hand? Trust me, I would rather not pay for overpriced parking anyways!
