The Welcome Centre Shelter for Women is an amazing non-profit organization that assists women who are experiencing homelessness. Their goal is to empower women and help them secure housing. The Centre also has a food bank program as well as many other great programs available to women and their children in the community.

They are currently in need of paying off their mortgage so they can free up money in order to hire more staff in order to facilitate the needs of the shelter. With more staffing, the Centre would be able to run more programs and have more on-site support for the women staying at the shelter.

Our two small white husky puppies escaped from our backyard on April 14th around 3:00pm from our house on Hickory Rd (right by Drouillard and Seminole) PLEASE if you see small white puppies running around return them to 1560 Hickory Rd and call 519-991-6962. The female is wearing a pink collar and has one blue eye one half blue half brown eye. The male is wearing a black collar and has two greenish eyes. Thank you so much!

i was recently on facebook and spotted this couple who are trying to open up their own delivery service , they charge a delivery fee depending on location of residence and what you want picked up for you , they do pretty much everything , i read that they will go to timmies for you or McDonalds , they will even run to the grocery store for you if you are in need of diapers or formula for your baby and you dont want to go through the hassle of packing up the baby to go get 1 item , i personally think this a great idea and helps a lot of unfortunate people without vehicles , so i just wanted to let RDS - Randy's Delivery Service know that they have been spotted and despite alot of the negative views you have been having on it so far , this is a great business and i wish you the best success with this , sincerely a citizen without a vehicle !!
