I brought my mom out for lunch this afternoon(Thursday) and couldn't decide on where to go we ended up at this restaurant called Rise and Shine on Tecumseh rd across from the Giant Tiger... It was very good they had a breakfast buffet with everything u wanted and cheap, not to mention the customer service was awsome!!! I will be going again!! i forgot to get my waitresses name but ur awsome thanks !! u have been spotted!! from the blonde with pink hair Thursday around noon!!!

A friend of mine spotted some pictures on a Windsor area vintage buy and sell page. On the table that was for sale , were 2 vintage pictures from the states . These pictures bare an eerie resemblance to my children. What do you think? Call scooby doo to solve the mystery? Spotted in Windsor....

I just want to say thank you for running your contest and choicing me! My best friend and I enjoy a peaceful evening of sitting and chatting and enjoy some real yummy food! Thank you for the wonderful gift!!!

This morning as I was dropping off my 4 year old to school close to the corner of Pillette and Wyandotte in front of the McDonald's, heading westbound A man with a dark blue jacket, with a hood and carrying a cane, darted out in traffic. I saw him coming out and slowed down but the second I realized he wasn't waiting for traffic I had to slam on my brakes, causing a huge scare for us in the car and a almost an accident! Later I found him waiting at a bus stop, Crosstown 2 heading eastbound, with another man and the other gentle man said he saw what happened and said the guy does it all the time and the bus diver said he sees the man doing this all the time!

Thank you to the woman in front of me who paid for my oat meal at the McDonald's drive thru on Tecumseh and Drouillard this morning!!
It's funny because I did that two days ago... Good karma I guess :)

Thanks to the woman who found our 3legged dog Scooby. He escaped our yard and it was a crazy dash to find him...my husband in the van and the kids and I on foot in opposite directions. By fate we had met this woman who had a wheelchair assisted dog last summer, walking down our street. It was how she knew where Scooby was from. I didn't even get her name...THANKS! He's safe now sleeping upstairs with the kids thanks to you:)

When i read the newspaper today was very dissapointed with the headline. Windsor police caught with drugs while crossing the border.
What was he thinking? I am very dissapointed. Also, he has put the people that he was crossing the border with at risk. I will now be very careful with whom i cross the border with. You think you know a person, especially in his position. Humiliation to all involved.

Does anyone remember Everfresh donuts on Tecumseh and Hickory / Alexis? They had those amazing donairs ...anyone know how they made the "secret sauce?" I'd love to know the recipe...
