I’m a girl, I may not be thin or have a great smile compared to others but I am who I am. I’m a girl, and I am tired of people thinking they are better than me. I’m a girl, I have a right to do and say what I want. If I want to laugh at a joke I thought was funny, I will. If I want to sing a song even though my voice isn't that great, I will. I will stand tall and do my best to make it seem everything you say about me or do to me doesn't hurt. But, I’m a girl, a girl who still hurts on the inside. I’m a girl, a girl who still cries when I go to bed. I know one day all this will be in the past, but until that day I will try and make it through these days. I will not hurt myself because you say mean offensive things to me, I am smarter than that. I will not hesitate to post a picture of me just because I'm worried that you might comment and laugh at how I look. I will not put that bag of chips away because you stare at me while you eat your salad. I don't make fun of you for doing anything you do, so why judge me? You are no better, if anything you are worse. I don't need to laugh at someone or make someone feel like crap to make myself feel better. Don't Bully Me, because you can’t beat me. I had recently made an appointment with two friends to get my toes done at a new salon named rad Betty. I would normally say I'm a very patient so when my appointment was scheduled for six and I still wasn't helped by 715, when I finally decided to leave. This is not what bugged me. While I was there I witnessed the worst example of customer client care. While waiting to get my nails done I witnessed the owner tell a story of her searching thru a clients purse while they weren't in the room to see if they has stolen something from another client. Not only did I learn she is searching thru clients purses.I also had to listen to a story about her making fun of another client for having body hair and continuing to say she doesn't know how her husband even has sex with her because she was so gross. In which she seen while giving her a spray tan. I was appalled, not only did I have to leave my appointment because it was an hour and fifteen minutes late I had to endure this horrible experience of seeing an owner of a buisness bash her innocent clients. I would never step foot in there one because I don't know my belongs are safe and two because I don't know if I'd be made fun of after. Just horrible!

Spotted on Monday. The staff at Factory Direct. You guys were quick, efficient and knowledgeable about your products. You were all positive and friendly, engaging me in casual conversation.
The service has never been bad before, but this was noticeably excellent. Good job!

I would like to thank two people for their kindness today.
Thank you to the gentleman at the mcdougall medical centre. I was in a rush to get to my appointment. you waited for me to park and then you offered me a parking token and then a parking ticket good for the day. I passed it on.
That made my day better then I met a generous woman in the 700 building parking lot. you needed change for a five. I gave you the two dollars I had to help you out. I wanted nothing in return. you insisted I take the five and would not take no for an answer. thank you both for your kindness today.

Today at work a young man came in and paid for his gas. He then asked how much did the customer who was pumping into his gas can put. The customer had just finished pumping and I told him it would be 5 dollars. So he said I would like to pay that for him, and he did. The other customer came in to pay and I said that guy there just paid for your gas. That customer was a bit stocked but happy. To that young man, that was very nice and you have been spotted.

To my daughters friend who on numerous occasions stays after school with her to help her with her math homework so that she can get her grade up. You have been spotted

I just want to say thank you to the gentleman that was behind me in line at Macs this afternoon. It may have been just 75 cents that you covered for me but I really do appreciate it. :)
