Jefferson and Raymond area. If it is yours leave a message on here and we will get it back to you.
Today, I was at Factory Direct with my friend looking for a specific item. When we walked in the store, it didn't seem like there was any staff. We walked back to the electronics counter, only to wait around for what seemed like 10 minutes. I went to the front counter and asked if someone could be sent to electronics to help us. I was told VERY RUDELY by the girl behind the counter "we don't have a way to page people, if no one is back there, they are busy"! The other employees in the store all had the same "I don't care" attitide! This is not the first time I have been treated this way at Factory Direct. As a result of their poor customer service and bad attitudes, they have lost a customer!!

Just want to point out that as Windsorites we are so proud to support our local stations ... but when we need them for on the spot coverage, they seem to disappoint... ex: Last night's storm coverage was broadcasted with warnings, sightings and to the minute updates with Channel 7 news from Detroit, our local stations wait until actual news time slots to report any warnings or watches, we are not worried about the seven day forecast, we want to know why the sky is black right now!!! I think I may just start watching Channel 7 from now on!!
To Adam who came so quickly to see me today. I travel for work and when I got back yesterday (after 3 weeks away)I noticed my lawn in the back mainly was close to a foot high. I called a few places and 2 came by and gave me a quote for the cut, and then Adam came by to quote me and told me it would be 25. Because it was so high it is typically more but for the first cut he will keep it at 25. He just asked if I'm going to continue to call him to try and do it before it gets so long. We agreed. He started cutting it and I noticed it was giving him a hard time so he went around with the weed trimmer and cut it down so he can go over it with his mower. He knocked on my door and I went to answer it after he was done. I looked outside quickly and noticed he had taken all my kids toys (balls and such and put them into a bin I had outside He bagged all the grass and made sure he blew everything off my driveway and stairs. He told me it would be 25 but I felt so bad that he had to do so much extra work I gave him 40. At first he didn't take it but I insisted. I just wanted to share this incase anyone is looking for a hard working honest landscaper. Thanks Adam and I hope you see this.
Thanks to the kind lady in the Tim Horton's drive thru at Howard and Tecumseh who bought my coffee this morning...you put a big smile on my face!! I will be paying it forward!!

With heavy hearts this morning I learned that "Scotty" passed away. Scotty used to sit drink coffee and engage in conversation with customers who use to come to the Tim Horton every morning at University and Bruce. He will truly be missed. Scotty always knew the weather every mooring he used to tell me "make sure you have your umbrella". He always had a smile on his face he was truly a nice gentlemen.
