In the future, if in need of accounting services I highly discourage anyone from dealing with Gerald Handsor & Associates...if that's what they continue to call themselves!

From the moment I gave them my relatively simple annual return, it took over three weeks to complete, then there was the ridiculously high fee he wanted to charge me...which was reduced. My return was to be e-filed (pretty standard practice for any reputable accountant and/ or office). As of today (nearly 3mths later) nary a return and after several direct calls to Revenue Canada by myself they have no record of a return that if e-filed, they should have in literally seconds! Several calls to his office has resulted in a rude receptionist, excuses, lies, a claim now that it was mailed and no personal return call from the owner!

I will never return and will NEVER recommend anyone else deal with such a dishonest and scatter brained outfit!

People of Windsor I'm hoping someone can help with fixing my broken heart!! 2weeks ago I took my kids swimming at Windsor leisure centre and lost my links of London bracelet... This was a gift from my friends for my 21st it has 3 charms (a fairy a diamond ring and the letter A) the bracelet is v sentimental but the heartbreak comes from my nans wedding ring which i had specially attached to the bracelet, the ring is a plain gold wedding band and it really has broken my heart as I've contacted the local police the pool itself and even called pawn shops but no luck I'm appealing to EVERYONE if u found it or know someone with it please PLEASE get in touch with admin who will contact me. I'm praying someone can restore my faith in humanity because Im seriously devastated. Thank u for any help in advance!!!!

On Wednesday May 21, my mom, sister and I were on our way to a funeral and stopped at the Tim Hortons on Dougal & Tecumseh. We were going through the drive through and a man in a golden/ brown Loredo was trying to get in so we let him in front of us.. When we were done ordering our drinks, the woman on the intercom let us know that the man in front of us was paying for our order!! So to the man in the Loredo, thank you for your kindness!! All three of us appreciated it very much!!!

Really sick of all the morons who use Turner Street next to MET Hospital as their personal parking lot. It's not the fact that you use the street to park to go to work. It's the fact that no one is considerate enough to make room so three cars fit.

The actual residents of the neighbourhood have to circle to find a parking spot.

Hi everyone. I have a question does anyone remember this story. There is a women who started her own collection agency for the poor. She collects children's clothes to teen clothes. I remember she runs her program through a church. And this lady does not charge anyone for the clothes. The needy can actually have clothing for free. I ask because I recently went through my teens closet. And I have so much clothes to donate. And I hate to donate to a charity that will turn around and sell the clothing back to people who can't afford it in the first place. Thanks everyone.

Thank you to the wonderful person who mailed us this great package of coupons. Our group is called The Coupon Crusaders and we collect coupons that are not used in the community and we purchase items that are donated to the Welcome Centre for women. I want to send a shout out to the morning staff at the Dougal A& W. I went there today in a slightly harassed (and I will admit) demanding mood. I can also admit I was a bit unpleasant at first, it was FREEZING in the store. I walked up to the counter and set my 2 children down while I looked over the menu. The staff in there were courteous, pleasant and so willing to help. They immediately turned off the AC when I complained, helped me figure out the menu so we all got something we liked, then made something special and not on the menu for my fussy 1 year old who only likes pancakes or french toast. I must say, the cook (who made it for us) and the counter lady (sorry I didn't get your names!) were the most pleasant and helpful people I've come across in customer service in a very long time! (I work in it myself!) I thanked them profusely and wanted to publicly let them know that just something small like that helped me out of my grumpy mood and really made us feel good! Much appreciated and you have been spotted!
