Dedicated to the general sights, news and funny happenings in the wonderful city of Windsor
With today's technology does one really think they can NOT be spotted by someone's home security system while trying to steal from ones front yard? Not only has your car's description, license plate number, description of what you look like, but also what you tried to steal has been reported to the police. Nice try and we'll be seeing in court!
I went shopping on Friday over in Detroit on eureka road. I always just bring my debit and never have a problem but this time I did. I was at the cash trying to buy my kids some clothing when the cashier refused to take my debit and I argued a little bit till the couple behind us said they were also from windsor. They did a very nice thing and bought my clothes for me!!! I just want to say thank you again!!!!!!
To the guy I talked to today about the Hoedown & how much we both enjoyed country music - you were selling socks at the sock/ work gear booth. You mentioned you were from Toronto & were there helping your boss. It'd of been great to get your name
On Saturday night our motorcycle left us stranded on the roundabout at Hwy 3 in Windsor. We ended up pushing it a ways so we could get out of the roundabout to wait for help. It was so heartwarming to have 4 vehicles stop to ask if they could help us. So nice to see that people will still stop to offer assistance. Thanks to all :)
shoutouts to the guy with dreads who complimented my watch at the loop, i regret not talking to you beyond a 'thanks'

To the two ladies at Tecumseh mall around 4:30 today I was just curious if you felt good about yourselves complaining and calling down a woman with a month old baby who was getting fussy. Did you not notice she was trying to hurry to leave the mall so the baby did not start screaming loud you also did not notice she also heard you complain about her and her baby as she was leaving. Hopefully when you have children people are a little more understanding when your child starts to get fussy.
Today June 1 2014 at 12:30 p.m. witnessed the most amazing customer service I had seen in a long time... We were on Check-out # 5 .. Dayna i believe she said her name was ... There was a older woman in a wheelchair .. my son-in-law help with her purchases on the belt .. but Dayna help her with her Debit Card .. and repackaged her groceries into her bag and the made sure the bag was secure on the back of the Wheelchair... and told her to have a AWESOME DAY ... sure put a smile on my face ... I even mention these action to the Store Manager and he was somewhat shock to think that someone would go out of there way a comment on Good Service ..he mention that he only hears about the Bad Service... Just want to say KooDoo"s to Dayna .. Well done
