I saw a man going for a run with a young kid (possibly his son) this morning on Malden Rd. They were holding hands as they were running. Something about them was so fascinating. It could have been the smile on their faces and the fact that the father was trying to pace himself so him and his son ran side by side. To the gentleman working the MRI this early morning. I would like to give big thanks for being patient. This morning i was scheduled for an MRI at Windsor Regional Hospital. Being my first MRI and also being claustrophobic i was very nervous. The gentleman took the time to speak with me and even show me the big scary machine before i was called in. I felt safe and instantly felt less fretful. I just wanted to thank you for taking the time out of your busy schedule to calm my nerves. #spottedinwindsor #greathelp

Spotted these people not only parked in a handicap area but the lady in the front passenger seat was throwing her garbage outside the Window with her kids in the back. Perfect example to set for your kids. In front of Tim Horton in walker beside Applebee's

At met hospital dr loppers and his assistant Jay at the fracture clinic I broke my wrist and Jay had to reset it holy moly ooiuuucccchhhh jay was very sympathetic and felt bad for hurting me thank you jay for helping me today

I was running with my dog this morning and after all of our close calls, we finally had contact with a car. Not watching both ways, a car waiting to pull into the road went when one way was clear, not looking at the way we were coming from. Thankfully they started from a stop, and thankfully I noticed them starting to move and was able to partially pull my dog out of the way.

PLEASE!! Watch for runners, walkers, dogs!!! And please follow road rules, I do, and I still have to dodge at least one car a week!
