This post is from a great guy who is always thinking of others. I just had to share because I thought it was a thoughtful, practical act we can all do. You've been spotted!

"I really want to start my own non-profit volunteer organization/ charity called "Shovels 4 Seniors" ...where if you are over 65 you can call a number up and the place sends someone to your house to shovel the sidewalks and stuff for you so you don't have to. It wouldn't cost the person anything either. They can tip if they feel the need to, but they are not required. If anything, they can donate towards the charity to cover gas prices and equipment. I would like to set it up like neighborhood watch style, where every neighborhood has a few reps, that are in charge of the area and can be sent right to them very quickly. Also it would be a great way for high school students to earn their community service hours and anyone who might have gotten in trouble with the law and needs to complete them as well. Also if you are collecting Welfare, you should be required to put in some hours too (Obviously those who are injured or mothers who collect for legitimate reasons wouldn't be). just wanted to say thank you again to the person who stopped to help me when my car broke on the expressway tonight. out of the entire two hours my young daughter and I were stuck, you were the only one who stopped to see if I needed any help. so just wanted to say thank you one more time and sorry again for thinking you were CAA showing up with my tow truck :) lol!

I am aware this isn't exactly a "spotted", but I was wondering if anyone could tell me where to get some cheap mason jars? Also some empty wine bottles as well.

A Wonder neighbour on Arthur RD @ 8:15 a.m. saw an ambulance across the street from his house came out to salt the side walks and the drive way so they could take the neighbour safely out of the house.
We thank you for being SO thoughtful and a Great Neighbour.

I had won a birthday party at the Bull n Barrel a few weeks ago, and decided to redeem it for this past Wednesday, November 19th. My group arrived, and sitting on the table in the ice bucket (got a bottle of champagne with my meal) was a Bull n Barrel tshirt and cowboy hat with an envelope containing tickets for free bull rides.

The staff at the Bull went out of their way to make my birthday dinner special, especially Andrew one of the owners and Richelle , one of the servers, who, every time we go in there always greets us with a big hug and smile.

Since we didn't use the bull ride tickets, my husband gave them to a group visiting from Michigan, it was their first time there, that made their night.

Thanks Andrew, Dan, Richelle and everyone at the Bull, I had a BLAST!

To the couple that had the car accident today on Ouellette and Pitt; i stayed with you to make sure you would be ok. In my line of work, it is my duty to make sure people are ok. If it meant staying the whole day i would have. I wanted to thank you also for sharing the warmth of your vehicle and conversation while awaiting police. I would do it over and over again
