Today I went to Canadian Tire to buy salt. I bought the 88 lb bag and was somehow able to get it into the cart but was unable to lift it into my trunk! A few people passed by without any offer to help and I was going to go back into the store to ask if anyone was available to help. A man who looked familiar stopped and helped me load it into my trunk. It took me until I got home to realize it was John Millson. Just wanted to say thank you and you're spotted!
My daughter lost her tiny beautiful ring at Walmart today. It had to be between 12:30-2pm. I realized she had it on when she was showing a Walmart employee her ring and when we were on our way to the check out it was gone. It's a small white gold signet ring with nothing on it at all. It was a gift from my father, the 1st and only ring she's ever been given and it was my mistake for not taking it and putting it away when I saw she had it on. I am devastated over this! It may not mean anything but $40-50 to someone but it means the world to me! I checked the lost and found at Walmart but no one had turned it in. Please contact me if you found it or please take it to Walmart's customer service lost and found. Marnovica@gmail.com
Thank you
A mother who definitely won't be winning parent of the year. Just so you and your teenage daughter know, we saw you steal the shirt from Joe Fresh at the Superstore on Walker.
To the gentleman that stopped to help the man in the black Dodge Ram who ended up in the snow bank on Foster I want to say thank you for helping my husband. His truck slipped on ice while driving to his parents and he got stuck in the snow. Thank you for stoppin and taking the time to help!!
I spotted that sexy taco ball worker at Taco Bell on Tecumseh and central. Your food sucks but damn you were some eye candy. Thanks for the laugh keep up the good work with that million dollar smile Jeremy !
a brown spotted dog ran out infront of my car at 12:30am February 20 in forest glade. It is way to cold for animals to be outside let alone, alone and in the dark. I was in a rush to get somewhere so I didn't stop but people need to keep a look out.
I was at the Jackson Park Medical facility on McDougall this week. Unfortunately I did not have the proper change for the pay and display machine. Inside the facility, the snack counter was unattended. I was asking people if they had change for the denomination bill that I had. Nobody had change. A very kind gentleman overheard me and handed me two dollars in change and said I hope this helps. I was overwhelmed by his generosity. As it turns out, as I was feeding the machine, another gentleman advised me not to and handed me a ticket that was good for the entire day. He requested I pass it to someone else when i was done with it. I normally do this so had no problem honoring his request. Just wanted to again say thank you. I passed the ticket along and was able to return the two dollars to the original kind gentleman. Our City is filled with good hearted people and I want to thank everyone who offers a kind hand to anyone in need. I make it a point to try and help others daily and believe it is the right thing to do. Funny how it comes back in the end. These kind gentlemen made my day!
