Attempted Break and Enter

this seems to happen less than once a month since August or September of last year but it's still unnerving.

Anyway caught the same teenage boy trying to get into my house. I thought it was my husband like all the other times so I said "I'll get it, it's locked, honey". And the guy bolted but this time I saw all of him from close up. Police were called like all the other times and if they keep seeing you around University and Janette (because they do drive arounds after I call) they may just stop and question the boy.

To parents with thin, teenaged boys. He was white or fair skinned arab. Very thin in a dark hat, jacket and pants. Approximately 5'7" or a bit more. Please keep an eye on your boys. This seems to happen around the time school is out and I assume this kid gets off the bus near my house to wherever he lives and since the parking space is empty when my hubby's at work he tries to come in the side entrance.

I can't tell you how upset this makes me. I thought it was a grown man, but a teen getting started break and enters while still in high school is beyond sad.

If anyone found my car keys today

Today I went to the doctors on Howard just under the underpass there is a building on the right side (doctors and sabga physio) and I had sat on a bench across my doctors office before they were opening and I felt like I had left them on the bench. Many people were waiting for the office to open and were walking by and I have a feeling someone must have picked them up. I Had asked many offices around and nothing. My brother has my spare key but is in Toronto. They have many other keys on it and italian peppers. Please email if found themeaningoflove@outlook.com

FOUND grey kitty

To the heartless fool who parked his car in the Home Depot parking lot today, got out, opened the hood and found this sweet baby underneath and tossed it on the ground like garbage, someone saw you do it. They also saw you walk into the store like it was nothing. They called the humane society and then got my husband who was just getting out of his car, to help them try to get it out from under the carts in the cart corral. Luckily we call him the cat whisperer for a reason and the kitty knew a good thing when he or she saw it. If this is your baby he or she is now safely at the humane society literally about two blocks from where the fool threw her.

Spotted today at the laudromat at Parent and Tecumseh.
To the young man who saw me struggling with my 3 full, heavy bags of laundry, trying to make it inside in 1 trip instead of 2. One of the bags slipped out of my hand and landed in a big puddle. You were just about to get in your car but came to my rescue, picked up the bag in the puddle and took another one from me and asked if you could help me get them inside. You not only brought them in but took them to the exact spot I wanted to go to.
I thanked you in person but your act of kindness has stayed with me all day, you don't know how much I appreciated your help. You brightened my day and I hope you had a good one too.

Outstanding customer service!

I just wanted to take the time to shout out Advanved Tattoo and Piercing downtown! I got my piercing done out of town and have had nothing but trouble with it. I went into them and the lady cleaned it up for me, fixed the ring it was pierced with and gave me some tips on how to care for it. There was no charge (which I was surprise because I didn't get it done there) and she was super nice about helping me out! Next time I get a piercing or a tattoo I know where I am going! Thanks again!

Our ice/snow angel

Spotted in South Windsor, the man who very graciously has been cleaning our street after each snow fall. So far I haven't been around to see him in action but today caught up to him while he was clearing the slush away for all of us. He also clears our driveways out where the driveway meets the road. He told me today that he wanted to clear more away because tonight we are suppose to get another freeze.
His wife is pregnant and he doesn't want her to fall, so.......we all benefit.
Dillon, I wanted Windsor to know that you are a great guy and we appreciate you !!!
