On Friday the 20th of March, a lovely couple and their beautiful baby girl came into Palenque Fresh Restaurant on Wyandotte and Pillette. We were unable to seat them due to reservation conflicts and lack of high chairs available. If this couple gets this message, please know that on behalf of the Palenque staff, we are very sorry we were unable to seat you, and would like to invite you to dinner at Palenque on us.
Please give us a call at (519) 945-2688 when you (hopefully!) receive this message.
As I was heading to my appointment this morning and not only was I running late but as I was pulling up my tire popped. I first tried calling my husband which was unsuccessful and then tried calling CAA on which they told me that because my husband wasn't with the vehicle they couldn't help me. I then decided to go in the building and try calling someone else or perhaps maybe a garage of some sorts. As I was there this man asks me if everything was ok. I quickly explained my situation to him and without any hesitation he told me he was going to change my tire for me. Through out our conversation we had realized that we had attended the same elementary school and also played together too. So, to the nice man who went out of his way in this cold weather to change my tire, Thank you Jay Renaud. Not only did you cheer up my 3 yr old, you also saved the day.

I just seen a janik truck back into a black Chrysler 300 and drive away in the Canadian Tire parking lot like really you couldn't even leave a note so we waited and informed the man you hit his car

My daughter recently had her baby at WRH. All I can say is what an amazing experience for her and her husband and even myself. The care she received, from her arrival in triage on Saturday to her discharge on Tuesday was phenomenal! The care and compassion shown to her by the amazing nurses on the second floor will be forever remembered and appreciated. Karen in triage, Renee who was with her all of her first night, Paula who was her nurse that helped deliver and Alyssa her night nurse while she recovered, you have all been spotted!! The OB nurses deserve so much recognition. They are not behind the scenes, they are the ones holding it all together! My daughter was a trooper with a difficult delivery and her nurses gave her the encouragement to get through it! Our family, and baby Xander thank you!
Last Sunday night I was at metro grocery store in central and Tecumseh and I was in line to pay, the young girl in front of me was purchasing clementines, soup, rice and a few other things,
I'd really like her to msg me on Facebook as I'd like to offer to help her out :)
If this was you please contact me
To the person who returned my purse after I forgot it at the mall in the family bathroom, THANK YOU!!! After realizing I lost it, I rushed to the customer service desk and whoever found it brought it there. I am so thankful and I wish I knew who it was who returned it so I can thank them in person. Not a thing was stolen, cash, passports, ids, car keys, etc. I had my entire life in there and I got it back. Thank you thank you thank you, there really is good people out there !!!!!!
Today my friend, her two sons and I went out for dinner at Marija's Place. We enjoyed a delicious meal and when it came time to pay my friend was handed her bill. The waitress told her that there was something tucked in her bill to help pay, because a guy put something inside to help her pay for her boys lunch, and that the guys name was Dave and he likes to do this when he spots children at that restaurant who are so well behaved. So Dave you have been spotted!! Thank you for your kindness and I hope that when you read this post that you know that your act of kindness has been greatly appreciated and those boys were so thankful and so was their mom!
