To the Homestyle Renovations truck that was backing up down Moy Avenue this morning. You didn't even stopped to look as you backed up through an intersection and almost hit my kids and I as we were crossing to get the school bus. What poor advertising for your company.
I have been away for school for the past year and a half. I just have to say how much I miss Windsor and am looking forward to coming back for good. I have been keeping up with this page the entire time I have been gone because seeing all the wonderful posts about random acts of kindness, great events and the community working together to help each other out has been a constant reminder that Windsor and the people in it are just great. I am definitely proud to call Windsor my home :)
For the last few days been trying to take my girls to the little doggie park next to the big dog park at ford test track, and low and behold had to keep walking because the guy with RV camped out for days at a time with 5 large german shepherds pretty much run the whole park, which is why he won't put them in the big dog park. One can only assume you are living in that RV with 5 large dogs and that is not appropriate living quarters for these dogs, not too mention, you can't even pick up after them when you decide to leave the park.I had attempted to go to ask when you'd be letting your dogs out again,so we the owners of the little dogs could play safe and guess what ?I don't even think a police officer would approach your RV with the sounds that were coming out of there and you didn't even bother to check to see what we wanted.!Thanks for SHARING!
black lab on Pillette and south national.. today around 8 15 pm ...puppy is happy and safe over night tags did not have owners number ...
I've heard and seen so many negative comments about Windsor Regional Ouelette Campus so I want to make note of my exceptional care! So, to Dr. Pepin, and his staff as well as all the nurses(I'm sorry I can't remember all of your names) who cared for me before and after my surgery today(April 15), thank you all so much! Also thanks to everyone I dealt with in the ER Saturday and fracture clinic Sunday! You have all made this horrible experience as comfortable as possible for me and for that I can't thank you enough! The kindness and compassionate care I received definitely deserves recognition!
Sincerely, the thankful girl with the broken fibula!
I spotted a large black (new) SUV leaving the jeep dealership in the 10000 block of Tecumseh east on april 7 at 8:30 pm....your plate starts with BMVV....you were an inch from killing me. I was walking past...you started down the driveway (I was watching to make sure you were stopping)...you slowed so I started again to walk....suddenly you floored it and cut 45 degrees across the driveway and swung a left - yep - you looked right FOR TRAFFIC, saw none and floored it to the left. you smashed my wrist with your side mirror and I twisted my ankle as I fell back to avoid being actually run over. If only i'd gotten your whole plate, but too shaken up. There's more on the road than cars, people!
Looking out my apartment window I saw an elderly man crossing Crawford to reach the retirment home on the other side. He seemed to have gotten tired and leaned on my parked car to rest. I saw a lady on her bike stop when she saw him, put her bike aside, and help him the rest of the way to get inside. To that biker, you've been spotted for your kindness.
