Dedicated to the general sights, news and funny happenings in the wonderful city of Windsor
This is totally the best grocery store to shop at if you work overnight. The overnight staff and the ppl u meet in the store overnight are the absolute best! :)
Sincerely the patient guy with the Kawasaki 440. U guys are the best! :)
To the person in the red/ burgandy 2 door truck at devonshire mall this morning around 11am, how about you DONT leave your sheppard in your truck while you shop! Ya you left the windows down about an inch however it gets alot warmer in the vehical than the outside temp. Maybe someone should perhaps leave you in a truck like that and see how comfortable you are!? Horrible.
I want to let people know if they need a new cell phone to go to the store in Devonshire Mall where this man works. He is very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.
Received a call my daughter in law had left her phone at the east end Walmart. The person who found it went through the phone and got ahold of her mom. He then brought the phone to my house I was closer. My daughter in law would like to meet you and thank you in person. Really hope you see this and we can get in contact with you. Once again thank you so much for your honesty
Have you seen my parents.
Im a lost little friendly girl.
I was found on lesperance by the graveyard.
I have of had another doggie friend wih me who got scared and took off.
I was at the doctors office today, and a foster mother was there with her "kids" I know this because the little girl (3yrs old) told me about her real mother. Anyways I just wanted to say to this foster mother that she is an amazing woman for taking in those precious kids that I will always remember because they were so polite, happy and super funny. It's not often you come across people that have a permanent imprint on your heart for no reason at all, but today this happened to me and it was a lovely experience.
You and your children have been spotted :)
Today over 100 bags of toys were delivered to the Welcome Centre for Women.
On Friday I was asked to make up bags for the kids coming into the Women's Shelter as they are now supporting families and had nothing to give them. So I asked everyone I know for their support. Asked for small toys, dolls, books anything a kid would enjoy.
The calls rolled in and in four days we did it!
Every book had a message written in the front cover. Even the baby books saying "Always Believe You Can....:".
We dropped off
16 baby bags for kids under 3 years old which have a toy and a book.
23 girl and 23 boy bags for kids 3 to 10 years old which have a book, colouring book, crayons and five toys.
66 senior kid bags for kids over 12 years old which have a note book, a pen, two snacks and a candy.
Also three boxes of games and puzzles were donated also that were too big for the bags.
Love being able to help!
If anyone has items they wish to donate. Please drop them off at Babies and Bellies on Jefferson or From Our Hands To Yours on Wyandotte.
Everything you see here donated today was donated. We have an awesome community.
On Sunday May 17th before our fireworks display I noticed a beautiful face in the sky and thought I would share it with all of Windsor
