Dedicated to the general sights, news and funny happenings in the wonderful city of Windsor
I spotted this post by the LaSalle Police Service about a woman in LaSalle who lost her engagement ring and thought I would send it to you guys to hopefully help this lady find her ring.
Hi there! I want to Spot Windsor Fire for helping a lady whose car broke down on Dougall Ave yesterday. They got out of the truck and pushed her into a parking lot so she wasn't stuck in the middle of the road. Windsor is full of awesome people.
Large curbside bin (similar to Herby Curby) stolen East Windsor night of Aug 12, Gray.
Spray painted "2715" on all sides

I was on Cameron and university today around 5 pm, near the Alicia Mason building. I found a religious medal in the ground. Looks worn / loved and I would like to find its owner. It's looks made of nickel and is about the size of a penny. I'm not posting what it looks like more than this, because I want the right owner to claim it. If it's yours and you lost it , please send me an email with what I'd on the medal and I will return it to you. Email is majewda_83@Hotmail.com.
A mother left her baby locked in her car on a hot day! Took firemen 20 minutes to get into the car :( guess going to the gym was more important.
Stolen this morning 6:45 am at Tim Hortons, Dougall at Tecumseh.
Owner chased the thief on for for a quarter of a mile, in the direction of Victoria street southbound under the Ouellette bridge - Jackson Park area.
The bike is a Trek X-Caliber 7, 17.5" frame, 29"wheels and is the only one this colour in the city.
It is the owner's only mode of transportation.
Please keep your eyes open and respond to this post if you see it - or call Windsor Police.
Thank you!

I have been noticing too many people riding their bikes against traffic in this city. Last week I was going through the underpass at Wyandotte and Drouillard and as I got under and started going up, a guy was coming straight at me in the middle of the road. I had to swerve in the other lane. Thankfully nobody was in that lane. I've seen this too many times. If you do this then please stop. It is wrong and dangerous.
