Dedicated to the general sights, news and funny happenings in the wonderful city of Windsor
Thank you to the person who turned in my credit card today around 3 PM. I appreciate it. It made me breath easier :)
This is our dog Misha. She went missing from our yard in Tecumseh on Oct. 17. She is 13 and has failing sight and hearing. She requires meds and needs to be found asap. Her hair is shaven now. Please, Please help us find our baby.
I was with a group of friends last night at the Keg downtown. I hadn't slept well the night before, I had worked all day, etc so I was quite tired. Being the DD, I kept thinking maybe I would grab a Monster energy drink before we went on with our night. I happened to say something to my friends at our table about grabbing a Monster before heading to the Casino, and a man (who I believe was a manager) says he has Red Bull. Unfortunately they weren't sugar-free, so I couldn't have one. Well he must have overheard me wanting a monster because less than 5 minutes later, a tray is presented to my side with a choice of two different sugar-free Monsters, and a sugar-free Red Bull, with a glass of ice and a straw. That man went out of his way to go to a store just so that he could make me, his DD customer, happy. Those are the little things that truly say so much about not only a manager, but a person in general. It was truly genuine and appreciated!!!

This cat has been in my backyard for the last few weeks. She seems to be a stray but I know she was once loved.
She has no front claws but has back claws.
She's fully black and has yellow eyes!
She's very kind but very independent.

A big Thank You to the gentleman who paid for my sons haircut at LOMBARDI'S BARBER SHOP in Lakeshore today!! We will definitely be paying it forward! Thank you and all the best to you and your son, you have been spotted!
I spotted this double rainbow last evening after the rain.
On our block on Bruce between Caroline and Erie, we have (and try to take care of) the feral cat population. An unknown samaritan has been taking time out of their day and money out of their wallet to help by trapping, neutering/ spaying and having them bathed and trimmed. I'd love to know who you are because you're helping so much in controlling the population and you have an amazing heart! It's just reassuring to know that people like you exist! :)
