You greeted us as we went in I had no cash on hand so I got some while inside to put in the bucket you smiled and pointed to your sign that read hugs for a 1$ you gave me a warm hug and thanked me sincerely for my generosity... You are a wonderful example of a good person and I just wanted to say kind sir you have been spotted! Thank you for making my day a little brighter :)
My mom asked that a special waiter at moxies be noticed. Josh served my aunt and mom last night at moxies. My mom was a little choked up and he came over, she said "It's amazing that there can be people so nice in this world". So thank you Josh for going above and beyond. You have been spotted.
I was on my way out of Devonshire Mall around 6/ 630 pm tonight when I noticed a tablet left on a bench close to Chapters and the bank. I brought it to the information booth in the center of the mall. If it is yours, please go there to pick it up. Hopefully the rightful owner sees this or goes to the information booth and gets it back.
My husband and I were taking are Dog Gemma for a walk around 9pm on Pierre Ave when we bumped into a girl Named Amy that has the same dog as us. We got talking about having some play dates with are dogs Cause they are both Bandogs. I gave her the wrong number and didn't realize it until I got home so if your reading this or someone knows Amy please comment. Thank you Gemma is hoping to find her new friend
My neighbors are retired and take great pride in their yard. I found out that last weekend someone decided to steal one of their new projector spotlights. I am so disappointed with some of our citizens. I recently saw a similar news report, what is wrong with some people? Any ideas?
Today, Fri Dec 11th, one of the young men working on the roofs in border city coop had an unfortunate accident and fell off the roof while working. An Ambulance came and took him away and was told he went immediately into surgery when he got to the hospital. I just want to send positive thoughts to you and your family and I hope to hear that you made a full recovery.
SPOTTED: A young girl who spent her morning walking around downtown with Christmas gift bags giving them to homeless people. All I got a chance to see was that she was in a black coat and had blonde hair. I saw her give one homeless man a gift while saying merry Christmas and then sat and had a conversation with him and his dog. After she left I asked the man if he knew her and he said no but the card said her name is Kristina but no last name. He referred to her as the angel he has been praying for. When I asked what was in the gift bag he showed me a $20 mcdonald gift card, a pair of gloves, 2 pairs of socks, and a hat. What a beautiful act of kindness during the Christmas season. You inspired me to do something kind so I paid for the man's coffee behind in the tim hortins drive thru on my way home from work. I know it's not a big gift but every bit helps right? Thank you Kristina. I hope you see this post
Today was incredible! Sgt Andrew Moxley and I (Sgt Matt D'Asti) were assisting with the distribution of over 5500 lbs of donated food and toys from our annual stuff a cruiser event. We took a break and attended a Tim Horton's drive through (6605 Tecumseh Rd E). When we drove up to pay for our order we were told that the woman in front of us (Silver Pick Up) paid. We got out of our marked vehicle to speak to her to tell her she did not have to do that. She insisted on it "for the things police do in our community." We decided to pay it forward and paid for the vehicle behind us. We both want to thank you once again for your random act of kindness. THANK YOU! You have been spotted! :) And a huge thanks to the community for your support of our stuff a cruiser event. 5 cruisers and a record of over 5500lbs of food. Windsor, you always come through.
