Come check out the Rose City Riot wheelchair basketball team in our charity exhibition game on Sunday, March 29th. They will be taking the court at 11am, right before the Windsor Express game. Purchasing a ticket will get you entrance to both the wheelchair basketball game and the Express game right after.

Anyone interested in trying wheelchair basketball can come out to the WFCU Center on Tuesdays at 7:15 at the sports gym. This is open to participants of all ages, with or without disabilities - wheelchairs will be provided.

A shout out to all the crown drivers who pick up patients and drive them to their appt. A special shout out to those who drive patients to the Windsor Renal Dialysis unit, for always having that upbeat attitude towards patients who are in renal failure. These drivers go above and beyond to make each trip in or home again as pleasant as possible. Your kindness to all has been spotted! Keep up the great work.

Hey to the jerk in the white SUV that hit my black chevy and ripped out my back bumper at Devonshire mall near chapters today around 3pm-4pm. Just know I know what car you drive and a witness also gave me your license plate. I reported it to the police as a hit and run and devonshire pulled the video so sleep well tonight. Maybe do the right thing next time and leave a note.

Stopped in ten friends restaurant on wyandotte st E and moy ave. This restaurant is affiliated with the mental health association. They give young people who have troubles with mental illness a chance to learn skills, start with dish washing, move to a server, then a short order cook. They are paid a wage, they do have a tip jar, that all employees share. Example of a breakfast, served all day from 8 till 2pm. My favourite is 2 eggs,3 sausages,2 pancakes, 2 toast and the coffee, all for 8 bucks tax included!!! it is non profit. Great food, Great staff, Great prices!!!

Today a man in a wheel chair and woman using a cane exited the Tecumseh Transit bus on Manning Rd near the McDonald's. The mans electric wheel chair was immediately caught up in the snow on the sidewalk. A woman from the bus and a woman from a vehicle waiting at the light quickly came to his rescue Your good deed was spotted.

I just want to thank the person who performed CPR on my father until the ambulance arrived on Thursday, February 13th around 1:00p. Unfortunately, he did pass away, but know that your efforts are so greatly appreciated.

Feb 17th, between 4:05pm and 4:35pm, Tecumseh Mall. I must of left my silvery cream wallet with wristlet strap either at the Laura Secord cash counter near ice-cream bar, or l left it on the bench facing EB Games. Or maybe in EB Games. I looked everywhere, someone had to grab it. I know my chances are very slim and I know I'm to blame but please if anyone knows anything about it, please inform me! To the lady who backed into me in the parking lot at the TD bank and knocked me down. Im sorry you had more important things to do and take off instead of stopping and checking on me. I didnt get your name and you left so fast I couldnt get your licence plate.
