After a bad visit to a bridal store on Wednesday - with such a rude manager my daughter and l were feeling upset. On Thursday we walked into His and Hers Wear and Bridal on Ottawa Street and were pleasantly welcomed by the owner of the store. She was so understanding and nice. She gave my daughter so much attention and gave her many dresses to try on. She helped with every dress and gave us the confidence that was taken away from us the day before. My daughter bought her dress there and will never regret going there. Anyone looking for a wedding dress, local or destination -this store has a large variety and pleasant staff. Thanks again for your help and l will be back to purchase my mother of bride dress :)

To the three ladies that walk the streets of McGregor every morning around 8am. You carry a plastic bag with you and pick up garbage you find along your route. I have seen you pick up garbage on the sidewalk, from planters and gardens and in the parking lots and peoples yards. Rain or shine you are out there. Thank you for caring about your community and our planet. Thank you for picking up after careless people.

On Tuesday April 18th, a woman approached some of the employees at Silvercity Windsor while we were cleaning the theatre she had just left. She was looking for something she had lost, but didn't want to tell the employees what she was looking for, she seemed a little embarrassed, so they had a difficult time helping her. After only a minute or so of looking the woman left. Two managers then went up with a flashlight looking under seats. We believe we have found what this woman was looking for, a dental appliance. Unfortunately the woman didn't leave us with a name or a contact number so we are hoping that this may get back to her. I have purchased coffee's for other people in the Timmie's drive thru a few times but this morning someone bought my coffee :)...thanks to the guy driving the black Charger in front of me. I'll be sure to pay it forward again :) made my day :)

At the Wal-Mart check out I was having a hard time. If anything could go wrong it did.
I was trying to price match some soups for my son. And found out the sale was over.
Alastair in the check-out next to mine offered to pay for my groceries! I was stunned! I told her thank you but I was ok... I turned around to go grab something for my baby and realized she had left me a $50 gift card before she left!
I am so thankful for the kindness of this lady as it helped my family have an Easter!
I just wanted everyone to know that kindness is still in Windsor! And this Lady (bless her heart!) Made my two kids very Happy this Easter.
