Dedicated to the general sights, news and funny happenings in the wonderful city of Windsor
Spotted : This car was parked like this on December 18th, 2013 in the Freshco/ Plaza parking lot off of McDougall.
Spotted : To the neighbours who have been helping my parents while my dad is sick: you have mowed their lawn, shovelled for them and helped them out without being asked. My sister and I can't always get there to help out right away and then I hear you have done it already. I am so very grateful that you have been so kind and give of your time to help my parents during this difficult and stressful time. I hope you know just how much it means to us!
Signed: a very grateful daughter of the most wonderful parents ever (so glad the good karma they put out all their lives is coming back to them!)
Spotted: My wife!! You do almost everything for our family. Whether you're sick or injured you find the time and strength to do what needs to be done. You're always quick to fill our tummies or a hug to cheer us up. You're actions haven't gone unnoticed.
You've been spotted.
Love you!
Spotted : My Mom had renovations done by Family Home Improvements. She heard a noise and did some investigation to find under the bathroom sink water was dripping. She called and they immediately sent someone out. Faulty tap has to be replaced. She called my Mom and told her they will order the new tap but it will not be in before Christmas. They will put in a temporary tap so the bathroom can be use. Thank you the Home Improvement staff. You made my Mother very happy, and that makes a very happy daughter too! Now that's what I call Good Business!
Spotted : To the janitor at the Tecumseh mall, thank you so much. My two year old lost one of her winter boots in the parking lot. You chased me down to tell me and helped me find it. I would have never noticed till we made it to Santa.
Thank you so much. You have been spotted.
Spotted: To the person that stole my daughter car last week. My daughter is a single mom with 2 little ones. She has been saving almost 6 months to get her car on the road after failing the e-test. Not only did she get it fixed, but only had car on road less than a week when you STOLE it. yes she may of forgot her house key in the door on accident after spending hours at the hospital with her baby sick and her being tired and leaving keys in the door. You also stole her wallet and my grand babies ID and the last of her money and a few gifts. I do not wish bad on you at all. Just please return her car and id and you can keep the money and gifts.
If u see this car call police $200.00 reward for return of car.

Spotted : To the young couple on the eastbound Crosstown 2, getting off at St. Mary's around 8:15 on Tuesday night:
Thank you for defending me to the woman who decided to take her frustrations out on me. While her remarks were tame compared to others I've experienced, it was nice to have someone have my back once in awhile. Because of you two, that woman ended up realizing what she did wasn't very nice, and apologized, telling me she knows it's not my fault and she was sorry.
So thank you again, and happy holidays to the two of you.
Signed, your friendly neighbourhood bus driver.
Spotted : I just want to say thank you to my great nephew's school for their winter concert where they sang songs that said "Merry Christmas" on top of many other non Christmas songs. My little cousin goes to another school and they were not allowed to sing "we wish you a Merry Christmas", they had to sing " we wish you a happy holiday" so it didn't offend anyone. I think that all holidays should be included in the schools and that it shouldn't offend anyone, if it does I think that they can kindly take their kids out of the concert, poem, or school whatever day they do something. Let's embrace everyone's holiday!! :). Signed: A very happy great aunt
