Wink : To my wife you have been spotted. My wife had a heart attack a few years back. She is such a strong lady she takes care of our 4 year old Sophie and our 4 months old Luca. When the snow came she decided that she needs to help me clean up. I did not want her to help because of her heart yet she kept on going even though I asked her to stop. I want to say that I am married to such a carrying woman that never thinks of herself. I want to let you know that you are amazing and that you're VERY HARD WORK is never forgotten. Spotted : I was just at Subway on McDougall location and I witnessed a young man do the act of kindness or pay it forward action cuz there debit machine was messed up!! I joked and said yeah the crazy guy did it but really thought holy there are good people still out here .. So I thought u should be spotted in Windsor ;)

Spotted: To the man who got out of his truck to help me and my mom who were stuck by Josephine Avenue. It was January 6 around noon and my mom was stressing out, about to break down in tears until you stopped your car, got out and asked if we needed help. My mom said yes and you offered to move the car for her. It took a while but you got the car to move down the street and towards where we needed to go. Also, to the man who saw what was happening and got out and offered help. Thank you both so much, it's little acts of kindness like this that makes me so happy to be in Windsor.

Spotted : All of those who work outdoors, you have been spotted. Whether you are driving snow plows, picking up garbage and recycling, paramedics, police or fire, mail carrier, courier, tow truck drivers, newspaper delivery, my hat is off to you. In incredibly cold and snowy weather, who's have done your jobs and done them well. Thanks for all you do to keep folks like me safe, warm and moving!

Spotted : on our way to Windsor on county road 42 just before Manning Rd. there was someone trying to snow blow their drive way that was completely drifted over it didn't look like anyone was getting in or out for at least a hour but a snow plow turned off a side street and stopped to plow their drive way I thought this was absolutely amazing. Thank you for your efforts I'm sure that person really appreciated it. A big thank you to all the snow plow drivers out their I think you are doing an amazing job.

Spotted : To the man who pulled me out of the snow tonight in the parking lot on Seminole. I had been stuck for about an hour and you were the first and only person to offer help, as everyone else just seen me and kept driving. I REALLY appreciate it as I had two little kids in the van. Your help hasn't gone unnoticed. Thank you so much!
