Shout out to the unknown man that snowblows my whole block on Riberdy. You don't need to, yet every time there is a significant snowfall you're always out there doing it. Hopefully you see this so you realize it is greatly appreciated....especially since we haven't gotten the chance to thank you in person.

Signed: A grateful neighbour :)

Spotted : To the guy who pulled over to help me get my car out of the snow (the little silver focus), your small act of kindness really meant a lot to me. While everyone else just drove by you stopped to help me out and braved the cold snowy weather. Thank you. Please tell me who you are, I owe you a coffee!

As i was driving through Windsor late this afternoon, i noticed how disgusted i was with businesses (sadly was the majority of businesses) that have not even made an attempt to clean the sidewalks. While i know it's still snowing and it will have to be re-done, so will the streets. Our city doesn't wait until the snow stops to plow our streets!
I seen so many people walking that had to resort to walking on the busy road because they simply could not walk the sidewalks. The roads were horrendous to drive on, no one should have been walking among the cars.
Funny these businesses can open the store and work the cash registers in a snow storm but can't shovel the sidewalk.
Imagine if you had to walk to work or to the bus stop while carrying extra shoes, socks and pants to change into when you get to work because they are soaked. I imagine these walkers all had to leave earlier to allow extra time, businesses should have to maintain the walk at all times . . . . . start earlier!
Shame on you businesses, you know who you are.

Spotted : to the kind man and his kids who without hesitation stopped and jumped out of their truck to push our van out of the snow at the corner of Leathorne and Overland a giant thank you. My husband is not in the best of health and I have a neck and shoulder injury. We could have never got out without you!!!

Thanks a million for being good Samaritans!
