You've plowed your parking lot and drive-thru... How about shovelling your sidewalks to get to the doors and also the sidewalk on Tecumseh Rd?? There isn't even a pathway for pedestrians. Like come on, the by-law is 12 hours after a snowfall, correct? Therefore, it should have been done by Tuesday.

Spotted : On January 7th my furnace died and as a long time customer of Reliance with a protection plan I called them for their assistance. I explained that I lived in an older home and we had been without heat for a few hours, tried what we could and could not get it to work. The current temperature in the house was 12 degrees celsius. The woman on the phone explained that the earliest she could get someone to come out was Friday. Three days later!!! Apparently there were several other people in Windsor without heat and needing their services and the earliest they could get out was Friday!! Now I understand that we can make due and get by, we are still blocked by the elements but what I don't appreciate is that this company has no problem taking our money but when we need them to come out and provide a service they cannot do it in a timely and appropriate manner. That is totally unacceptable!! We paid another company to come out and fix my furnace and he had it repaired in the same amount of time I spent being on hold with Reliance!! A huge Thanks to the Gas Man...You've been spotted.

Spotted : This was taken today when I went to get my mail. Canada post your putting your employees at risk as well as us residents. Get your act together. It's been three days without a snowfall. Shame on you.

Spotted : My amazing neighbour in his 70s - While gone away for Christmas vacation he kept an eye on my house, as well as snow blowed my sidewalk for me so I was not fined. After seeing his old snow blower, I know this was a real task as it gets jammed very frequently. He also shovelled my porch and snow blowed a path up my driveway, and all the way to the back door. Your continued kindness never goes unappreciated or unnoticed. If I wasn't just a broke university student I would reward you more for your care. Hope you enjoy the baked goods, anyhow :)

Spotted : I left my very expensive DSLR camera upstairs at Vito's on Friday night after a large dinner party. I didn't realize until Tuesday that it was missing. Just got a return call that they have it safe and sound! You've been spotted, honest work staff! Thank you.

Spotted : Thank you to the young lady who helped me out last night at manning road, I ran out of gas an you stopped to drive me to the gas station and drove me back to my car plus waited to make sure the car started, you are a TRUE ANGEL, I will pay it forward.
