You were kind and friendly and went out of your way to make sure I was happy with the elephant wood picture frame I bought. You stated you wanted to make sure I was happy with it as each frame was hand carved and no two frames were 100% alike.

Your company should be proud to have such a great employee.

Spotted : Just wanted to let you know about how the owner of Goliger's Travel Plus at 2760 Howard Ave. has been busy helping those family members that are calling her business. Concerned parents that have booked flights/ trips through the internet/ online, are experiencing great stress & concern regarding when and/ or where their loved ones are due to the weather conditions & changes in flights and trips. Despite the fact that the owner of Goligers TravelPlus, did NOT book or arrange any of these folks travel plans, she is helping them out nonetheless. I think this is just wonderful. As a loving mom herself, she can understand the strife of these parents and therefore is willing to do whatever she can to put their concerns to rest, even if they are not her customers. I can only imagine the relief those calling her must feel talking to a real person (who actually cares) and getting real answers. I know I'd be relieved.

Spotted : To the two neighbours on whitefish that came out in the blistering cold this afternoon to help push out the stuck minivan! You rock! Couldn't ask for a better street especially when the other guy drove by, pulled in the garage and never offered a shovel! Thank you! It's cold but nice to see warm hearts!
