I am a "gym rat" and frequently attend Goodlife Fitness at Tecumseh mall. Today around 1:30-2:30pm during my workout,I couldn't help but notice the attractive girl about to work out close to me on a Smith machine. Unfortunately for her the person that previously used that machine did not put away their weights and she was left to remove them herself. I couldnt bare seeing her unload the heavy plates so being the gentleman that I am I reacted but im a soft speaker and I dont think she heard me but I took the initiative to remove the plates on the other side for her.After removing the plates she had said something to me but I didn't really hear her, I believe she said "thank you".I struggle with social anxiety so I tend to shy away from social situations but Youre welcome :)
