I just wanted to say the lady on midnight at the bellriver Tim Horton's is a very hard worker and a real looker. I can't help but think just how beautiful she is everytime I see here and she smiles. Just a hint her name means heaven! Thanks for your hard work and always having a smile.

To the guy randomly tanning on the roof of my apartment building. I walked outside onto my balcony today to have a coffee and cigarette, I heard some music coming from the roof top. I walk over and notice this guy getting some sun. This made my day, I'm tanning there tomorrow if I can figure out how you got out there.

Windsor residents must now use hard sided garbage pails to put their garbage in.

Starting today garbage collectors will not pick-up any garbage at the side of the road that is not in a pail or bin.

Manager of Environmental Services Anne Marie Albidone says they are giving residents a month of grace time before any fines are assessed. We're going to try to contact those home owners, perhaps they were not aware of the bylaw change or didn't quite understand what it meant. So we're going to try and contact those home owners and make sure that they're aware of it so they can comply for the next collection.

Garbage must also be stored in bins with lids in between pick ups.
