I just got a call about my Visa card being selected to have the interest reduced! Obviously, I know it is a scam because I don't have a Visa card. I play along to find out the end game here and, when asked to provide the expiration date, I tell them June 2018. He tells me I am correct and would like my birthdate as well. I ask him why he needs my birthdate for the card and he starts telling me my address and Postal code (like that isn't common knowledge) to prove he is legit. I interrupt him and ask what bank this was throough because I have two and he tells me RBC. I tell him I never had an account with RBC and he quickly states he made a mistake and he meant to say TD. He got flustered after that and ended up hanging up without saying anything else. The number (if you are allowed to publish it) is 905-793-3060. Please be careful to never give personal information over the phone! Tell them it sounds great but you would like more information sent to you in the mail or they could set up an appointment for you to go into the bank and discuss the matter personally.

To the lady in a black Land Rover on Ouellette Avenue at 10:45AM. your illegal 3 point turn almost injured people and could have harmed infants on a Transit Windsor Bus. I sincerely hope that in time you realize the world doesn't revolve around you and that common sense isn't a paid for commodity. You have indefinably been spotted!

Very impatient driver in blue Fiat, turning left BEHIND me from Walker on to EC Row, while I was waiting also to turn left, you were spotted!!! *and its that impatient, rushed attitude that makes an accident no accident! :(

I've tried to only share positive "spotting" in the past but this one I just can't let go.
This morning in Walkerville while walking my son to school a red colour car went by with a child in the back seat, hand out the window, snapping his toy hand gun while aiming at each of me and then my sons as the car came to a stop light.
I know, I know, kids will be kids right? Let them play? Mind your own business?
I'm a father of three young boys. I played with toy guns as a child and my sons do as well. The rule? DON'T SHOOT AT PEOPLE. Why let your children grow up thinking this is appropriate? Why not teach them gun safety and give them a target to shoot at.
Now, I'm not trying to start a debate and not being ridiculous here but this world is turning into a dangerous place already...why teach our children that it's ok to hang out a car window and shooting people?

To the lady at Freshco on Lauzon and Wyandotte. You left your dog in a parked closed car I had just pulled my phone out to call the police when I heard your car lock open as you walked across the parking lot. I said you should not leave a dog locked in a car with no windows down and you gave me a dirty look like I was the person who did something wrong. Next time you may come out and find a broken window and the police standing beside your car. It was 80 F outside. Use your head. Maybe someone should lock you in a closed car!!

I just want to say, be nice to your paper person. A lot of people look down on us or complain about their service of flyer delivery. My family delivers the Thursday and Friday Star Review and I can't believe the amount of rude people that yell and complain about a free service. We only get 10 cents a flyer . We are trying to supplement our income. We are also trying to teach my son that you have to work to have nice things. So please if you have a problem with your service. Take it up with Windsor Star and leave the people delivering in the rain, snow and heat alone. We are just trying to make a living.

Would like to thank the bone head driver of the black mini van that, on the morning of April 30th, decided to speed up in order to try a hit the two ducks that were crossing Belleperche. You successfully hit one of them, and it died shortly after but after suffering for a while. Oh and by the way your antics were in full view of two older grandchildren who were heading out the door to school. One child is asking why anyone would do that. Feel free to come back and explain your actions to a 6 and 4 year old, and to the duck's mate who is now walking around the area looking for his mate and the whole neighbourhood !
