today I got a call from what they claim to be US border agency claiming that a shipment was addressed to you and has illegal items and that there is a warrant for you arrest and they ask that you push 1 and hold for more information.

this is scam do not push 1 and block the number.

Absolute shame on you! It was one thing raising your voice, making your inpatience clear in line by making comments about the cashier taking too long to clean her register - but to go as far as to verbally assault her on your way out, is a totally different story. Let's also take into consideration laughing and mocking this girl with your growing daughter, teaching her bullying is acceptable. I hope you know your ignorance & racism was seen, not just by us, but by management as well. If you were in such a rush, you should have purchased your groceries & left. Not proceeded to make that cashier feel like garbage for doing what she could, the best she could. If you want others to "mind their own businesses", perhaps think twice about making someone feel terrible at their place of work around other customers & management.

I never thought I would write this about a local business but this one deserves it and I know i am not alone.

I went to CAFE OLE at the South Windsor Medical Center and received the rudest, most unprofessional treatment I have ever received in ANY business. Honestly, they lack basic MANNERS; both the owner and staff (or his son perhaps).

Mind that this is the SECOND time I received this treatment from them. But what happened today was just UNNECESSARY and could have caused way more damage then intended.

I took my dad to the lab for blood work, and he suddenly started feeling dizzy so i ran to their convenience store (its not a cafe tbh) to buy 'orange juice'. My dad is still recovering from a serious heart attack and has heart failure so this is more critical then just.. dizziness. Anyway, the owner stopped me and was SO RUDE. He told me that i can either sanitize my hands or tell the staff what i want--which i didnt mind ofc, obviously i am okay with either of those.

Anyhow, I was a bit taken back with that treatment. I just wanted to get what i needed so i said 'I just need orange juice' and didnt get into the store fully.Instead of just getting me what i needed, he CONTINUED the rude treatment saying all kinds of stuff that were unnecessary and I didnt have time to listen. So i said 'Listen i dont appreciate the attitude ---" and he cut me off and said "GET OUT OF THE STORE THEN" .... bruh what now?

So i tried to tell them that my dad needs any snack and isnt well, and neither him NOR his staff listened. They just asked me to leave? Like are you guys serious?

The pharmacy next door saw me rushing around and called me in so i told them what happened, so they gave me some chocolates for my dad. They also told me that they ALWAYS get complaints about this CAFE OLE. Hence they sell basic snacks and all that themselves now (no comment)

I honestly wanted to look up this place because for a bit i thought it was my fault? Even though I didnt create a scene and was ok with following all the rules he set up for his own business. But then i saw tons of NEGATIVE comments about the same guy. This guy is viral for being rude and unprofessional. There are legit SO MANY bad reviews about him having no manners.

There is also lengthy review of him being so rude and vulgar to a 3 year of CHILD. I cant believe how he can stay in business and people can still shop from him.

I also looked them on Facebook and they deactivated their account, probably because all these negative reviews were FROM Facebook. I found the reviews on 3rd party websites.

So please do me a favor and don't shop from there.

To the old man with the fragile ego that felt the need to inflict his road rage upon me and my motorcycle today on tecumseh near Lauzon. At a stop, you decided to pull your giant, black, SUV up behind my bike within 5 inches, to initiate your expression of anger I assume. When I turned and flashed you the finger for pulling up dangerously close to me, you proceeded to pull up NEXT TO ME IN THE SAME LANE to roll your window down and tell me that "I cut you off. And I know what I did". As the light turned green, your rage then made you gun it to make sure that you cut me off in our, now shared, lane. You could have easily crushed my bike and killed me with your actions today. Not to mention how intimidating it is as a female rider to have an aggressive male pull up in a dangerous and threatening manner. Your behaviour makes me weep for your family and worry for any children around you. If a simple, unintended cut off can cause you to almost kill a motorcyclist, what do you do at home???

Try yoga. Or a diet change to deal with that anger problem.

I'm not impressed with the Walmart on Dougall. Tonight was the 3rd time they only had the self checkout open. I walk up and there's a bunch of staff standing around staring at people doing the self checkout, cleaning, talking to each other, you literally have to awkwardly ask for help. I always have a good amount of items so it's frustrating. Management has to stop being lazy and open at least one till for customers, give us the option to self checkout or not. I don't work for you guys.

To the black dodge that was making a left turn from provincial onto cabana today around 4:50 pm who was too stupid to recognize when the advance green was lit up and doubled down on that stupidity by flipping me off when I beeped at you to get moving after 5 seconds: I sincerely hope you're not a father, because your parents failed with you and I know you won't do any better. Learn to drive or better yet learn some humility for when you're in the wrong. You make this world a worse place for everyone.

Someone broke into my locked car in broad daylight in the 20 minute span between when I left it and I returned. I've been out of work for over a year and having what little I have left stolen from me feels like being kicked when I'm down.
