My daughters first day on the job dealing with customers and she answered a woman incorrectly. When the woman told her she was incorrect my daughter quickly asked another more experienced coworker, corrected her order and apologized to the woman. The woman then turned to the line behind her and in a loud voice told everyone that they better check their orders because they had an idiot working here. Please people have a little empathy for others. It was her first day and she quickly corrected it and apologized! Theres no need for name calling! We are supposed to be role models for our youth and help them succeed not tear them down!
Spotted: the turquoise car who likes to speed down Montcalm Street every day STOP! Not only is this strictly residential but there are children who live on this street as well! If this continues I'll be reporting you to the police. Be mindful of others.
Driving through the mall parking lot is just sad! Honestly, if you see your over the bright yellow lines, fix your car! Its all about respect for others around you! The picture is of just one of the dangerous, and silly parking jobs.
To the person who stole my black leather jacket tonight at goodlife denvoshire, I hope you know karma is a b****.
I was coming home from getting blood work done and I took the bus home, I got to the bus stop across the street and half a block from my apartment and as I got off a guy in a golden van (that looks a bit older and faded in colour, possibly a Four Wheel Drive type) had honked at me. I walked over to the other side and near my apartment where the guy was parked, he rolls his window down and begins to ask me questions like this: "Do you need a ride?" or "Are you scared?" and he has a bit of an accent to his voice, he has darker skin and black hair that seems to be nicely trimmed and taken care of, not overweight or underweight, dark eyes, no facial hair, wears nice clothing that is in blues and blacks, seems to be around the height of 5 ' 5" or just over, and his car smells nice.
After he asked me a few times about if I was scared or anything, I quickly turned to go home and he drove off afterward.
If anyone sees this man, do not hesitate to get a license plate number and report him.
Last Spotting: On Sandwich Street.
I had recently made an appointment with two friends to get my toes done at a new salon named rad Betty. I would normally say I'm a very patient so when my appointment was scheduled for six and I still wasn't helped by 715, when I finally decided to leave. This is not what bugged me. While I was there I witnessed the worst example of customer client care. While waiting to get my nails done I witnessed the owner tell a story of her searching thru a clients purse while they weren't in the room to see if they has stolen something from another client. Not only did I learn she is searching thru clients purses.I also had to listen to a story about her making fun of another client for having body hair and continuing to say she doesn't know how her husband even has sex with her because she was so gross. In which she seen while giving her a spray tan. I was appalled, not only did I have to leave my appointment because it was an hour and fifteen minutes late I had to endure this horrible experience of seeing an owner of a buisness bash her innocent clients. I would never step foot in there one because I don't know my belongs are safe and two because I don't know if I'd be made fun of after. Just horrible!
Last summer I spotted a man masturbating at Lansbury Park (Pierre & Ottawa) while watching the children play. I called the cops but they didn't catch him. About a month later I saw him masturbating again (in the exact same spot). Called the cops but, again, they didn't respond in time to catch him. Fast forward to yesterday, and I saw him walking down Ottawa Street when I was out with my kids. I called the cops, but unfortunately there is nothing they can do unless I catch him in the act again (or so they say). The reason I am posting is to ask you to pay attention when your kids are playing at the park. This guy sits on the steps near the ice rink facing the park. I wouldn't have even noticed him if my son hadn't of run up to him. So if you see anything fishy, call 9-1-1 and try not to make it obvious, because he is a sneaky guy and gets away pretty fast. I want this guy off my street!! When I saw him look at my kids yesterday I wanted to throw up.
