I was at the Service Ontario center today on Dougall, the one across from Zehrs. Everyone there was very pleasant and patient including the young lady that waited on me.

The waiting room was very full with many people standing. I myself gave my seat up for an older lady, along with a few others that did the same. There was one idiot that had his laptop case on a chair the whole time he was there. I am so tired of people being so bloody wrapped up in themselves. I am sure that one of the ten people standing could have used that chair.

2 weeks ago I made an appointment with this company to have my house power washed before having it sprayed for summer insects (spiders and the like) I spoke to Abby and we agreed on a day, time, and cost Wednesday, between 10:00am and 11:00am, $300.00.
Wednesday I woke up and by 11:30am nobody had shown up to do the work I called and she stated that she had me marked down for the next day (which was agreeable to me) but she said that her workers would try to make it to my house Wednesday afternoon around 3:00pm. she said that after speaking to her boss, he instructed her to send out a $50.00 voucher to be used toward any future work for my inconvenience another No-Show Wednesday afternoon and then again on Thursday afternoon with none of my calls being returned It is now Tuesday morning and I haven't heard from this company.
KUDOS to Matthew at 'PERFECT SOLUTION POWER WASH' Who went out of his way to get my home cleaned before the exterminator arrives today
SHAME on you ACROSS CANADA RESTORATION for your horrible business practice and even worse Customer Service. Save your $50,00 gift voucher as I'd probably NEVER use your service or recommend you to ANYONE in the residential or commercial areas of Windsor.

To the thieves who stole from an entire block's cars (all locked) and a home's garage including things like 3 quarters, children's pools, a car charger, car manuals, rakes, and more and made an entire block feel completely unsafe and ruined the start of some hard working families summers - thank you. I hope you are completely satisfied with what you took but most of all, how you made us feel.

Basically..

I have not shopped at Food Basics for about a year because of horrible grocery store finds. I do not drive and with just falling ill about a month and a half ago and having to take the bus, I made the decision to pick up a few items at the closest store to my house. FOOD BASICS. After making dinner I was looking at the things I bought and came across an expiry date that was overdue. I then went though and checked all of my things to find that 3 out of the 13 items that I bought were almost a week past their expiry date (2 of them being dairy). I havent been this angry for a long time! I should not have to check every item I purchase at a grocery store to make sure they are still good to eat or drink. I'm completely disgusted with that store and mad at myself for going there. That store will NEVER get a dime out of me again. I will drag my sick body on the bus and go somewhere else.

As myself and a few friends crossed the road (legally) without the aid of a crossing guard, the old crossing guard yelled "what are you, stupid?" and continued yelling other rude things. He has always been rude and unprofessional but this time it was over the top. He should be ashamed of himself.
