Dedicated to the general sights, news and funny happenings in the wonderful city of Windsor
I am getting very mad at bike riders who continuously ride their bikes on the sidewalk. The sidewalks are for people who are walking pushing strollers or people who are in wheelchairs or motorized scooters. I understand you don't want to ride on the road with the cars but that's where you were supposed to , you are not allowed to ride on the sidewalk. There has been many times when I am pushing my nine week old baby in the bike riders have almost hit us it's not fair for us to have to move over for you when you don't do it for us and you're supposed to be on the road.
Sincerely very disappointed mother
Looking for a late 90s early 2000's honda civic with front end and driver side damage. This person and car hit the passenger side of my white dodge journey and took off.
The nerve of some people. My friend was at my house for no more then 10 minutes. He was parked on the road California Ave at about 7:30 pm Tuesday night. When we were notified that someone hit his car. We went over to the car, and the bumper was totally off and the fog light was broken, and the rim has a huge gash in it, his mirror was also moved in, there is scratches on his car from your car. We know it was a white vehicle that hit it.
Why didn't you stay and wait for whoever car you hit? Why be a coward and take off?
I can only post one picture on here of the damage you did, but I have them all saved.
KARMA will bite you in the A$$ for this.
To the lovely person in the light blue beater, taking the turn from Tecumseh W. onto Huron Church at about 6 pm waaay too fast, thanks for coming within inches of taking out my 6 year old. Good thing my 9 year old was paying more attention than you were and we were able to stop short of being hit.
While going shopping at Devonshire Mall Sunday afternoon, I ran into a friend who was pulled over at Sydney and Marentette behind the mall. We stopped as she seemed to be having car problems. Turns out someone hit her car while she was at work in Devonshire Mall and did not have the decency to leave a note with a phone number. To the person that hit her, you caused extensive damage to her car. You blew her front right tire and shredded it, cracked her rear view mirror, smashed the front bumper on the right side and side panel and broke her headlight. She couldn't even open the hood of her car to see if there was any other damage. You must have taken all of the large pieces of bumper with you as they were nowhere to be found. You left some traces of red paint on her bumper. She was very thankful to the man who helped her put on her spare tire although you had never changed a tire before but she didn't make it very far from the parking lot and had to call a tow truck. She was also very thankful to the other individuals who talked with her. She kept saying how wonderful those individuals were. To the individual who did this damage, you should know the car belonged to a very hard working, young lady. You left her devastated. I hope you have as much damage to your vehicle as she does. I really hope karma comes around fast for you.
Around noon (12pm) on Sunday Nov. 23, 2014 I spotted a Windsor Power & light truck putting up Christmas lights at a private home. I am hoping that this was not billed to the city!!
To the man in front of me at the bank, nothing gives you the right to be so rude to the tellers, what makes you think you are that entitled? Waiting in line for 3 minutes did not justify the immaturity of your behaviour, yelling and swearing at her...really? Next time I witness this behaviour, 911 will be called. Not appropriate coming from an adult.
I guess this is how awesome people park, they are so important that they need to take up two spots
