Today I stopped at Josephs on Tecumseh Rd East and I was in line waiting to pay for my items and the man ahead of me said to the cashier please charge me for 2 of these bags of spinach leaves because last time I was here I bought 2 and went home and seen the receipt and was only charged for one.. The cashier was so shocked by this mans honest I am pretty sure I overhear her say for your honest I am only charging you half price for this bag.. There are some good people out there still.. That was such a nice thing for him to do and for her to turn around and only charge him half price for the bag he was buying this time was nice too.. I am glad there are still people like that out there!

2 great young men who immediately jumped out of their car to help the occupants of a van they watched overturn on manning because of some black ice a few days ago. (the whole family from where these boys come from are friggin awesome!)

I have followed this site since it had close to 900 followers. You have come a long way and I enjoy everything I have come across on this page. I will be honest though after reading every pay it forward story I thought, that has never happened to me. I wish I had a story to share or tell but I didn t, until today. I didn t have the greatest life growing up. My father was very busy with work and my mom hardly made time for us kids. With both of them working we spent a lot of time alone growing up. In school I used to get picked on a lot because my lunch was always so plain and boring. My clothes weren t cool or matching and sometimes I d get sent to school with dirty clothes. My parents were both working but it was still hard with 4 kids, and I know they did the best they could have with the situation. Grade 4-8 were rough years for me, had 1 true friend and even she turned on me to join the cool kids. Anyways, growing up didn t get any easier. When I was 14 I was picked on all the time. Smelly Sally, Stinky Sally (I showered every night) and other very hurtful names. We moved away when I was 17 because my father got a better job out west. Things changed and I was also working while going to school so I was able to buy a lot of my own stuff with little to no support from my parents. I went to school and finished University and got a great job right after. I moved back to Windsor about 2 years ago and I love being back. So what this story is all about is the following. My husband and my kids. I realize now that I did have something like a random act of kindness happen to me. I am married and happily at that. My kids are amazing and we sit with each other almost every night watching a movie or talking about our lives with each other. To my family, thank you for making me such a happy person and I love you all.
So to everyone who used to pick on me or if you ever picked on someone and still do I have a few words for you. But, it s not worth it because I like where I am in life. I don t need to think negative of anyone or put down anyone to make myself feel better. I encourage everyone or anyone who witnesses bullying to stand up for the person getting bullied. Spotted, keep sharing these stories, I love what you are doing with the site.

I was going to my godmothers who lives on Ouellette, so I have to park behind the building on Pelissier. When I went to get change to put money in the meter I had none. So I made a quick run into the variety store to get change. When I came back I saw a young man about 22-23 feeding my meter. Oh, thanks I said, I just went on to get some change. No problem he says, I put enough in for 1 and 1/ 2 hours, is that enough. Thanks so much I said, I will give it back to you but he refused. I didn't want to see you get a ticket. What a nice guy. Don't meet many like that.
