Great Optometrist

On Monday, I was having a contact lens problem with my eye and I frantically called Dr. Sean O'Neill's office hoping to get in that day. The receptionist was so kind and listened to my concerns and told me that I could come in any time that day and see a doctor. When I arrived, the office was busy with patients and the receptionist I spoke to calmly told me that my concern was legitimate and a doctor would see me. I was so thankful that she didn't minimize my concerns and shrug me off as a a patient making a big deal out of something so minimal. To the doctor who I saw, thank you for answering my questions and explaining everything to me. I have been seeing Dr. O'Neill since I was a child and I would greatly recommend anyone looking for an optometrist to book an appointment with Dr. O'Neill's office.

Tire Changing Angel

Today (march 18), I experienced a punctured tire as I was driving on Dougall. I pulled into Paradise Bingo as it was the closest place to park my car. I called my uncle to come and help change my spare but he gave me an estimate of half an hour before he could debut his rescue. Because I was in a rush to get my grandmother to her doctor's appointment, I thought I'd ask one of the men standing outside the bingo. One gentleman told me that he had no time as he was just about to begin his cards. I thanked him regardless and sat back in my car. About 5 minutes later, the same gentleman knocked on my window and agreed to help me. I was so grateful for his kind heart. He told me he had bad knees, and even so, he still worked meticulously on my car for about a half hour. He told me his name was Don and that he was from Belleriver. After he was done, I tried to pay him but he just wouldn't accept my money. He told me to use it to help someone else. So I just want to say thank you Don from Belleriver for helping a girl out. I am so thankful for kind hearted people like you. I will find a way to pass on your good deed.

Thank you for Helping my Grandmother....

My grandmother recently had her knee replaced and has been attending physio at Howard and Cabana. With all the snow, rain and bad weather we have been having lately, it has been difficult for her to get around. Approximately 2 weeks ago, she was leaving her appointment and was waiting for her ride outside. As her ride arrived, Barry Zuckelman approached her and helped her through the snowbanks, over the icy patches and into the car. She was concerned that she forgot to thank him.... You have been spotted Barry! We appreciate your help and taking the time to help others. THANK YOU!
