i was recently on facebook and spotted this couple who are trying to open up their own delivery service , they charge a delivery fee depending on location of residence and what you want picked up for you , they do pretty much everything , i read that they will go to timmies for you or McDonalds , they will even run to the grocery store for you if you are in need of diapers or formula for your baby and you dont want to go through the hassle of packing up the baby to go get 1 item , i personally think this a great idea and helps a lot of unfortunate people without vehicles , so i just wanted to let RDS - Randy's Delivery Service know that they have been spotted and despite alot of the negative views you have been having on it so far , this is a great business and i wish you the best success with this , sincerely a citizen without a vehicle !!

To the GFL truck driver in West Windsor on Monday morning, thank you for beeping your horn for my son. He went nuts seeing the truck and hearing the horn! You certainly put a smile on my face making him so happy!

The city of Windsor was truly buzzing on Sunday. We as windsorites are so blessed to be in such a city wide community that is so giving and supportive.

This afternoon - 2 incredible Fundraisers took place - one at Abars for Katie Robson and the other At foolery's for Dalton - where hundreds of locals showed their love and support to families and friends.

Being in the service industry - I come in contact with a plethora of people on a daily basis - and today it was such a warm feeling to have customers stop in through the afternoon and share their stories of the people they met, the events they attended and the support that our city was giving at each event.

To the people involved in the organizing and execution of Today's fundraisers - your dedication is amazing. To each person who donated prizes, food, time, effort and funds you are all incredible. To the people of our communities .... you are all TIP-TOP and make me proud to be part of our City. Well Done.

Windsor! I need your help! What is the BEST vegan restaurant in Windsor/ Tecumseh area?!

I am hoping that someone in the community can help me out with their shopping expertise. I am looking for a consignment type of store that would buy a clothing lot. I have a closet full of brand new woman's clothing (dress clothes for middle age from the shopping channel) that I need to get rid of. Can anyone recommend a store that would buy the lot. We would prefer to not have the hassle of consignment as we are cleaning out the estate of a friend. Thanks for your help windsorites!

Windsor Police shut down Lauzon Road and surrounded an apartment building Sunday as they attempted to talk a man with a knife in to leaving his apartment.

The man allegedly stabbed his neighbour.

To the man who hit my black lab today on 5th concession, I just wanted to say thank you for stopping to make sure he was okay. It wasn't your fault at all, the dog's leash slipped out of my husbands hand as we were unloading him from our car, and our dog ran into the road just as you were passing. I was too shook up to really say anything when you stopped, but I wanted to let you know that he is okay. He had to get stitches in a couple places but avoided any major injuries. Thank you for caring about our fur baby and I'm glad there are still decent people out there!

Me and my son were in walmart this morning getting some odds and ends. my son was waiting for his turn to talk to the cashier so he could change 2 loonies for a toonie to get a toy from the vending machine. the kind lady in front of us reached in her purse and handed my son a toonie to get his toy and would not take the loonies in exchange. just wanted to say that you made his day with your kind gesture. and we used the 2 loonies to buy a coffee for a police officer at timmies
