All my life I struggled with obesity. Ive been bullied, spat on, ridiculed and even urinated on throughout my obese life. I turned to food every minute I could. Years and years of eating my way out of misery finally took its toll. My body was so run down and out of shape. I had no where to turn. No friends to talk to. My primary care physician insisted on weight loss surgery. I was scared, lonely, suicidal. I found a video on YouTube of a young man from Windsor who had had the same surgery and I was so inspired by his video. It gave me hope. I contacted him and he actually took the time to reply. No one has ever given me the time of day before. We communicated back and forth and he always said he had faith in me. Faith that I could change. Faith that I could turn my life around and have a reason to live. He always took the time to answer my questions, no matter how idiotic they may seem now. He inspired me to believe that I could lead a new happier life and I did. I had surgery. I took his advice. I have since lost 210+ pounds. He helped me throughout my entire weight loss journey. I am a new person now. I have a new personality. I see how wonderful this world really is. I have since met the man of my dreams and we are now engaged to be married in 2016! I'd like to thank Santino Pirrone. If it wasn't for him and his inspirational video I'm not quite sure where I would be right now. Sometimes in life you just need to find that one person that does or says the right thing to you that motivates you to change. Life seems so worth living now. I am so happy. I attached a copy of the video. Maybe someone else can be inspired?

To the man at the East end Walmart today who helped me put the large bag of dog food in my cart, you had no idea I hurt my back earlier today and having a hard time getting it in and the woman who kindly said "thank you" after I said bless you when you sneezed. Also the man who offered to take my cart for me so I could get my daughter safely in the car. I want to say a big THANK YOU to all of you. You didn't see the big smile you all put on my 5 year old daughter's face as she told me how nice people are. You're little gestures made a big impact on her.

hoping I can find this little kitty's owner. she came to my door hungry looking for food and wanted to come in from the cold the other night. so if this is your cat or if anyone knows whos cat this is. I would love to get her back home. she is a beautiful nice cat. :-)

When looking for a replacement vehicle during tough circumstances we contacted two used car dealerships and Best Rate Auto came to the plate. Even though we not ready to purchase right away and had to ensure we had the right financing they stuck with us and kept us in the loop at our pace - never pressuring us! The other dealership made us feel like second class citizens and at a cattle call - never even calling us back with yes or no to financing.

I just wanted to know if anyone has heard of Ernie Lamont also known as "the bacon man" I believe he sells pepperoni n bacon n various other things out of his truck ? I had some kickass banana bread of his that he made. Someone brought it into my work. Was hoping someone could give me his number or if he has a bakery or even where he's usually stationed n at what times ? I'd really like to purchase more from him. I came across this video today and thought I should share it!

I'm a respite worker and I work with a 9 year old boy who just recently got surgery because he had a tumor on his neck. Yesterday, he had gymnastics with his sisters and after about a half hour he tapped out because his poor neck was sore. So I told him we could go to Tim Horton’s just him and I.
Recently, he has been telling everyone in the family that it would be so cool to have both his favorite donuts together. Half vanilla dip and half chocolate dip. He told everyone that we NEED to tell Tim Horton’s about his brilliant idea.
So yesterday, when him and I went to Tim Horton’s, he decided to tell the lady who was taking our order about his idea. I told her that he's been talking about this for awhile and wanted to tell Tim Horton’s about it.
Then while he was looking at the donuts, the lady snuck in the back for a couple seconds then came out and said "Would you like me to make you one just for you? Don’t tell anybody, it's a secret" and oh boy, his face lit up like fireworks on the fourth of July.
I have never seen him so giddy and excited in the almost 2 years of working with him.
We called his mom and he was just so excited.
I really wish I would have gotten her name.....
If you read this, thank you. You seriously just made his life.
Makes me have a little hope left for our generation.
