This happened about 2 weeks ago but I have never known about this page till now.

I was walking out of Wal-Mart after buying some things. I loaded it all into my trunk, put the cart away and left. I had just pulled up to a light near josephs and Tim Horton’s and heard some honking. I noticed 2 gentlemen honking behind me and trying to pull out around me (so I thought) but there were other vehicles next to me. I tried to pretend I didn't see them staring at me and continued when the light turned green. I got worried to pull up too fast so I kept my pace with the car next to me because those guys really had me worried with all the honking and hand gestures. The car that was behind me was still turning when I turned but at one turn had to wait for a car to drive thru before they could turn left. This was my chance so I made a couple quick turns and seemed to have lost them. Now this is when it gets interesting.

After a couple turns to lose them and driving for another 10 minutes I decide it’s time to head home. As I pulled up to my driveway and I stepped out I noticed these two guys walking out of the vehicle that was following me. I got so scared I almost jumped back into my car until I noticed that they were holding my purse. YES, MY PURSE. I guess I had left it in the shopping cart when I returned it and they noticed me walking away then driving away so tried to catch me. I made these gentlemen go from Wal-Mart in east Windsor all the way to Parent Street (they looked at my ID to find my address). They were heading to Wal-Mart to buy themselves a game for an Xbox. I was so embarrassed and explained why I didn't answer them when they honked and I said I was sorry 1000 times as they laughed at me lol. So to John and Steve, you guys are amazing gentlemen and thank you for being so persistent in returning my purse. I felt so guilty I offered them $80 to buy the game and gas they might have spent coming all the way to my house after I lost them.

At 4:05 p.m. today, a beautiful white American Bulldog ran across Walker Road into the Fox & Fiddle Restaurant (I believe it's called) ... he seemed young and really happy that he "escaped". I couldn't stop and get him in my car because there was so much traffic. He narrowly missed being hit. If you know whose dog this is, sorry but this is all the info I have for the vicinity. I hope he'll be okay and be found.

A PURSE SNATCHER - PLEASE SHARE

Don't turn your back on your purses girls. A senior at Shoppers (Tecumseh E & Banwell) got her purse lifted from her shopping cart. I found the cell phone 2 blocks east on the sidewalk. Managed to contact and return it but learned of her theft. Purse, cash, credit cards and I.D. still missing. Reported to Windsor Police & OPP! Suspect on camera not ID yet.

After having my brand new washer break I had to resort to going to a laundry mat. It's been 20 years since having to do this....I was filled with anxiety...hearing horror stories of dirty yucky places with not so nice people hanging out inside to stay warm and do there dealings. So I sucked it up and headed out. I ended up at a place on Howard Ave...called The Classic Laundry Shop. I was blown away! The place was sparkling clean and very well equipped. Magazines and sitting area along with a place for the kids to play. The married couple working the place or owners ...wasn't sure ...were great. Personable, smiling,helpful service was given to me. Nice conversation also....kudos to you guys for having such a nice establishment available to the public. You've been spotted !!

On sat I went to Jiffy Lube for a routine oil change. Everyone there was super friendly and they had it done in 10 min! What was great was just as I was about to leave I looked over and saw the guys fixing my broken fog light , without me even asking!! It's been broken for 2 years and they took the time to fix it at no charge! So thank u to Moe, Troy, Haley and the guy underground. You made my day!!

This note was on my car this morning. I wish I knew who you were so I could say thank you and give you a hug. As long as the notes stay on the OUTSIDE of my apartment, it's all good. :)

There is an event happening Oct 26th for Maiyson Spencer he has a rare form of non-Hodgkin lymphoma. This is an incredibly hard thing to deal with at such a young age and is a heavy financial burden. This is a car show and meet to raise money for the family to help them out in this difficult time.All Car Enthusiasts would love this!
