Dedicated to the general sights, news and funny happenings in the wonderful city of Windsor
To the beautiful woman I seen Monday morning at Hotel Dieu Hospital that was doing the many acts of kindness just because, you are amazing! Too bad there weren't more like you! Not only did you make me smile, your generosity gave me goosebumps! The huge basket of flowers for the elderly on the 8th floor, paying for peoples parking in meters that were about to expire, giving out gas cards and taping "FOR YOU" envelopes with such kind words to many different places throughout Windsor, and all in one day just to challenge yourself! I can not tell you how much you've warmed my heart! Thank you for that!
I want to take the time to thank Beverley Vansickle Holmes and Gail D O Hosking for supporting my letter "Vote to bring change" in The Windsor Star. You ladies really made my day when I read your positive comments on The Windsor Star. Its awesome to see people that have a huge support in democracy as well as change to make Windsor a better place for all Windsorites. This is the reason why I wrote my letter to the editor.
Once again, thank you for making me feel good about my democracy stand.
From the guy that is very optimistic about Windsorites!

A Forever Grateful Mom
After a late night shopping trip at walmart with my 3 year old my debit card wasn't working and this very generous gentleman was behind me in line and paid for my shopping cart full of stuff. Your generosity is very appreciated and left me speechless!!! You have been spotted and it my makes me so happy to know there are still caring people out there :)
My husband and I's first year anniversary was Sunday we also have a two month old baby but we didn't want to spend the day at home doing nothing so we decided to go out for a late breakfast around noon. We're first time parents and hadn't taken our son to any restaurants yet we were kinda nervous we weren't sure how it would be. When we got there the resuarant was very busy we almost left but we decided to see how long the wait would be. We stood at the door for a very short time before a really nice young girl never got her name came and sat us at a table she even set up the chairs so we could put our car seat on them instead of on the floor. She was really helpful and very sweet. Considering the fact is was so busy I didn't expect that at all. Also The service was fast and the food was amazing. I really appreciate them all especially the nice young girl that sat us you made my anniversary and I want to say Thank you so much! Being a new mom I don't get out much so when I do and it's a great experience it's very special. Thank you lumberjack you've been spotted!
to the man tutoring the young girl in Manning McDonalds Oct 22, your patience and kindness to the girl you were working with is a beautiful thing. I hope you both the best in the world
I just want to send out prayers to the families of anyone affected by this and I hope they find everyone involved. Very scary that it's happening and I am hoping everyone I know in Ottawa stays safe.
