Dedicated to the general sights, news and funny happenings in the wonderful city of Windsor
I want to say thank you from the stranded mom at the outlet mall... Thank you to the very kind ladies that helped jump my van and get me home to my kids! After my battery dying And realizing I didn't have my cables I was stranded for 45 minutes until u kindly helped me jump my van!! Thank you , you have been spotted!! Merry Christmas!
Does anyone know if the house in Lasalle still does the Christmas lights set to music? We saw them for the first time 2 years ago, but they didn't have it last year. Thanks
To the man in line at shoppers drug mart Devonshire mall who noticed the old lady ahead of him realized she had no money on her. She left the store and he asked about her purchase. He generously asked to add her items to his bill and asked for a separate bag and rushed out to catch up with her. It honestly warmed my heart and reminded me of how kind and selfless people can be :)
Would like to thank southland from the bottom of my heart for generosity without your help my girls would have gone with out gifts this year and thanks to the unemployment help centre for putting my name in to be sponsored. Your help has not gone unnoticed thank you so much from a mother who's trying so hard
My husband and I were just at the Tim Horton on chandler and tecumseh and the guy in front of me in the Lockhart Roofing black truck paid for our order. Thanks alot it was very nice of you and very much appreciated
To the gentleman who works the Hickory Farms kiosk at Devonshire Mall. Your positive attitude and helpful nature put a smile on a very tired shopper yesterday. It is a tough time for those in retail, but you choose to always be upbeat and a wonderful. You have been spotted. Thank you.
Hey fellow friends,
It has been over 2 years since I have moved out of Windsor and I miss the city so much. Thanks to your citizens, I have been participating in being kind to other people and also being part of the "pay it forward" campaign where I have been doing kind things for other people.
I just wanted to say keep up the awesome work Windsorites and I wish I could hand all of you a Christmas card but I live in Kitchener. So, I just wanted to say Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year to all of you. I have been handing out random Christmas Cards around the City of Kitchener in order to make KWC a better place to live.
Furthermore, I wanted to thank everyone in Windsor that helped me to get where I am today. I also wanted to thank all of the St. Clair College students and staff as well as all of the people I have met in Windsor when I was a former Tourism and Travel student at St. Clair College during the 2011-2012 school year.
From a proud former Windsorite and now a Kitchener citizen
You really made my girls day by giving them a Christmas gift. They've been so excited since you handed them the bag!
A big thank you from myself and my daughters.
May you and your family have a Merry Xmas and Hally New Year :)
