Today I was at the doctor's office on Howard with my son. when my name was called my son and I went in. 2 mins later the nurse comes in & hands me this envelope, saying a lady said to give it to me. There was no note except what it said on the front, and $20 inside. I felt myself turning red, because how in the world could this lady possibly know I needed confirmation that someone notices me lately? I've been struggling with so many things lately and she washed all my doubts away, she restored my faith in myself and others with this small, yet absolutely HUGE gift. I didn't need money, but I surely needed this amazing & selfless act of kindness. Whoever you are, thank you a million times. You have no idea what you have done for me, on today of all days!!! I am so excited to do it for someone else. If I knew where to find you I'd hug you!!

Just wanted to say thank you so much to "Dave", whoever you are...I went out for lunch today with my two little boys at Marija's Place on Wyandotte East. When it came time to pay for our lunch, the waitress brought me the bill, but there was a $20 bill tucked in with it. She said someone thought my little guys were very well behaved and wanted to treat us by giving us $20 toward our (delicious) lunch. I asked to thank him, and she would only tell me that his name was Dave. So thank you Dave, you totally made our day. According to the waitress this is something you do often while eating there. You have been spotted!!! It is kindness like yours that makes the world a better place.

Thank you to the very kind man at timmies on Chilver this morning for buying my breakfast. We were talking about how poor the service is at that location. You made my stop there a pleasent one this morning. :)

To the girls at Tim Hortons Dougall & Cabana! Especially Cindy and Maria; you girls rock. I may wake up somedays dragging my butt and feeling glum; and in the winter when the weather was TERRIBLE. You young ladies made our day. My niece and I go every morning and you know our order. You let us know when our tea will take a few more minutes to have a fresher pot. You ALWAYS smile; you joke and you show enthusiasm in job. I wish I could tip you better monetarily but I cannot so I hope your boss sees this and gives you some extra kudos! I know if I ever have an extra windfall I will make sure to share with you because; you ladies make me smile every work day whether I want to or not! THANKS! Keep up the great job!

Today I had to bring my vehicle in to the dealership to get a recall fix. They offer courtesy shuttle service which I used. To Sandy the driver of the courtesy van-THANK YOU for being so friendly. I felt as if I was driving with my friend instead of some random stranger. Lately I have had trouble with finding friendly service and you miss made my day. You enjoy your job and it shows. So to Sandy the courtesy driver for Windsor Chrysler keep up the good job!

I have been having problem with the people in my neighbourhood dumping their garbage in my yard, I called the city to complain about it. The city informed me that, it was my responsibility and I have to dispose it. Today while the garbage was getting picked up. I approached you and u were very kind and offered me ur helping hands thank you from a very frustrated resident. Thanks for ur big muscles and for ur kindness... You know who u are & #128522;you have been spotted
