Dedicated to the general sights, news and funny happenings in the wonderful city of Windsor
Great big thank you to Richard, the nice guy that stopped on the side of Drouillard Rd near Seminole on Sat May 9th to help my daughter change her flat tire.. And to his little girl who was so patiently waiting for him.. It's nice to know there are such good people in this world!!
My name is Nichole and I work at the downtown tim hortons on park street. This morning one of our regulars came in and was getting a 12 coffee order and while waiting for it we were talking about the weather and I happened to mention that this weekend I have a run in london so my fingers are crossed for good weather. He asked if it was a big run I said just a 5k. I then walked away brifely to finish his order and came back and he asked me what the run supported and I said it is for ovarian cancer and he then handed me a 10 dollar bill and said here you go. I honestly cant thank this man enough for being so thoughtful and kind, what he doesnt know is that my mom passed away of ovarian cancer 17 years ago and this cause means the world to me and that 10 dollars could be the cure for it someday. So thank you so much for your generosity and kind heart, you truly made my day.
Spotted : This happened on April 26th
Want to thank the Windsor Paramedics that responded quickly to our house. Thank you for the care you gave my Diabetic wife, your response time was quick and the care you gave was excellent. Your caring attitude did not go unnoticed. Very thankful to all 3 that attended here.
My daughter has been fighting to wear her seat belt the right way so I seen a police officer at Superstore on walker road today and walked up to his car and asked him to speak to her. He kindly said yes no problem. He went on about safety to her and how he got hurt not wearing his seat belt. I said thank you and started to walk away as he asked my daughter if she liked teddy bears? He went to the back of his police car and gave her a brand new teddy bear. He didn't have to do that and she was so happy about that part. You sir have been SPOTTED

I live near the minivan plant and there's this old guy that wanders around the neighborhood going through peoples' yards. He can't speak, so no matter what you say he won't understand and just keep coming. Seems harmless.
We call him the Inspector
Thank you to the lady in the black Patriot who caught me before I stopped my vehicle to tell me she was leaving and her metre had lots of time left. I had a baby and a toddler with me and your kind gesture helped relieve some of my stress! You've been spotted! :)
