To the amazing firemen at Pride on Family day!
As I have been taking my children to pride the last few years I have been trying to teach them that we are all different and we are not ones to judge others. I want them to learn no matter what, we can love who we want and any sex they choose. They know I will stand by them 100%. As I take my three to teach them this you all have also taught them that at anytime someone can be thoughtful and understanding. My children and I have been going through a rough spot and it was nice to see you all be so helpful and caring with my oldest special needs son. He was scared to get out of the high up fire truck but you all stepped in and helped console him and get him relaxed as we all helped him and guided him out. I know I thanked you all a few times while there but I wanted to do it again and let everyone know. I wish I knew what station you were at and maybe someone who reads this knows and can help me. But thank you so much for your kindness and the kids loved the badges and the drink you offered. You men are truly inspirational and heros. I know you see it as doing your job or just being you but know that that bit of time in that moment has made a forever lasting memory on 3 kids and their mother. Thank you
Just wanna shout out to DAYUS Roofing for giving back to the community by helping others with a great contest. No roof left behind. Take a minute and vote for a family. Thanks Windsor.

Big thanks to the gentleman on Tecumseh Road on Tuesday evening, who helped the severely congested traffic due to some sort of glitch at the railroad gate. He stood there with a grin on his face holding up the gate, letting people get by. Sir, you are kind and awesome!
Today I had a mask fit test appointment in the Health Science building at St. Clair College. I was unable to get a sitter for this quick appointment and had to bring my 3 year old daughter along. Although the appointment only lasted about 15 minutes, my daughter started to get pretty fussy. A woman who was waiting in the lobbby then walked over and picked up the toy my daughter dropped, she continued to talk to her a bit in an attempt to calm her down, then pushed her stroller a bit closer to where I had to stand. I just want to give a big thank you to his woman! I was in a position where I couldn't exactly tend to my daughter and it was extremely kind and understanding of you to help out. This world needs more people like you. Though what you did may not have seemed like a big deal to you, it was to me, that a complete stranger was so quick and willing to lend a hand. Again, thank you so much!!! You have been spotted :)
Midnights staff at Dougall McDonald's would like to spot the two police officers, fire department, Windsor Humane Society, and the family that found a kitten stuck under the hood of a car in the parking lot. We got the kitty out after everyone located it (even a Subway staff member came to the rescue), so we would like to thank everyone for coming together for the little one!!
To the couple that was at the FreshCo tonight on Tecumseh Rd between Howard and Ouellette, thank you for your kind words and for paying for some of my food while I was having an emotional break down from not having enough money. I didn't say anything but I've been going thru a rough couple of months and have been on a leave from work due to depression. Money has been extremely tight from not working and I really am thankful for your compassion.
