My daughter and I were driving down central, there was this gentleman trying to cross the road in a walker. So we stopped to let him cross and there were 3 guys crossing also. The walker hit a pot hole and his wheel came off. One of the guys noticed and went and helped the gentleman. The guys put the wheel back on and he was able to continue safely.

Kodos to those young men

Travelling home today around 5:15pm on EC Row Expressway going East a white Chrysler 300 was weaving in and out of lanes at a very high rate of speed. The first time I saw you do it I thought what is that person thinking but then they continued to go in and out of traffic where at one time they veered to the right thinking they were getting off on Walker but nope quickly went around two cars just to get back in the left lane. Are you kidding me? It was very busy on the EC Row and I wish this was one time it was legal to use my cellphone while driving to take a pic and call the police but you were going so fast I could not find you again but I pulled over and called it in anyway. Not sure what your hurry was but I certainly hope your careless , inconsiderate and stupid driving did not harm anyone.

Thank you so much to the gentleman at Tecumseh Mall this afternoon. My daughter was asking to go on the little rides at the mall but we had no change on us for it! you over heard stopped not even hesitating and not only gave us $1 for a ride but $2! My daughter, husband and I want to thank you again you Sir have been spotted!

To the lady who lives in the building across from me on Sandwich St with the broken ankle, you can now walk safely to the store! I told my son about how sad we were for your horrible experience this morning, and he offered to shovel the sidewalk so that you would not have to worry the next time you need something from the store. We are keeping you in our prayers for a speedy recovery!

Monday I was at the E.R. Dept at Met Hospital before being admitted. Although the wait was extremely long, the nurses realized the severity of my pain and I was brought in rather quickly. Once in the room I had an Amazing nurse Ellie (sp). She was Awesome and caring. Actually all the nurses did a great job considering all the work they have and the shortage of rooms they deal with. Once I was moved to the 5th floor the nurses on that floor were again nothing short of Awesome!! They are over worked and still they showed compassion and a joy for their job. I quickly realized that they have to deal with so much and some ornery patients and they all showed me how to do this with my own job. They were patient and kind with all of us and never showed any sign of frustration. To ALL the Nurses at Met, YOU All have been spotted and thank you from one Grateful patient.

A couple weeks ago I went to the Windsor Youth Center with a donation of toilet paper. One of the many people that helped by donatig TP to help support my bday wish has deside to continue to pay it forward. TISH is very busy working full time while taking care of her mother; but she found time to purchase some toothpaste and toothbrushes. She gave them to me and asked that my 4 year old daughter and I donate them to the Windsor Youth Center. TISH thank you for continuing to think of others. You didn't just help the Windsor Youth Center but you are helping teach a young child how good it feels to give to others. My daughter took each item out of the bag with a big smile on her face and handed them to the women working. My daughter was so proud of what she was doing and told me when we left 'God is happy' Thank you Tish for being the reason for that moment. Tish You have been spotted!

Today I had the chance to volunteer at iclimb along with a lot of amazing volunteers. The thing I enjoyed to see the most was Windsor Police and other stations interacting with young people. I heard really nice comments from a few kids who were shocked to see Officers going up and down the stairs with them, talking with them... and a lot more! It is wonderful to see them all interact with the younger generations! Cecilia G. (?not even attempting last name) this officer was AMAZING I could not believe how wonderful she was with the kids and anyone else she came into contact with. It made my day brighter to see all the officers with these young people, Thank you to all of you...

I went to the hospital in the morning to pick up my husband who was admitted since last night. The weather as you seen was brutal. .freezing rain, high winds...as soon as I got to Met hospital I circled 15 mins before I realized I wasn't going to find a parking spot because it was full..I decided to use Rafih Auto Valet services at the hospital. The Valet worker that was working had one of the best customer service I have ever experienced. As soon as I got into my husband room I realized I forgot my phone in the car . I called the number from my husbands phone on the Valet card and he had already parked my car, but he advised he doesn't mind bringing my car back to me so I can get my phone . He brought the car right to the door and parked my car again. As soon as I got back in ..10 mins later the doctor released my husband from the car and I called Valet to let them know we were leaving but from the emergency side which is not on the Valet side. Again he didn't mind bringing our car to the other side of the hospital. Once we got the car we offered him a ride back to his destination because it was a far walk and he didn't accept because he was being professional. All this great services and I found out someone had stolen his wallet with his credit cards and ID inside . Even when he was having the worst day he made sure mine was going to be good
