Saving a Child.

A lady had her baby in her car and locked the keys in it and congrats to the Fire Department on College for acting fast on getting into the car and getting the baby to the mother safe.

Gary I. at Red Lobster

This is to share a spectacular customer service experience that my family and I had at the Red Lobster location (6575 Tecumseh Rd E, Windsor, ON N8T 1E7). A couple of weeks ago, we visited this Red Lobster location and had the pleasure of being served by Gary I. Gary I. did an amazing job with making us feel right at home. He was a fantastic waiter who consistently made sure that we were comfortable and that we had everything that we needed during all points of our meal. He went above and beyond to make sure that we were well cared for and anticipated what we needed before we even asked. We were so impressed with his service, care and humbleness that we want him to be recognized for all of his efforts! We reached out to head office and shared this experience with them. We conveyed that you should be truly valued and recognized for providing such a positive experience to the Red Lobster establishment. We also shared with them that you should be rewarded and promoted within your company because you excelled at providing such amazing customer service and for making us feel right at home. Thank you, Gary! :)

Great Employee at SilverCity

I chose to have my daughter's 9th birthday party at the movies, because there was a movie she wanted to see and the timing was great. For myself, I wanted a place where I did not have to worry about buying lots of things to supplement the party except for a cake and party favors. Mostly this busy mom wanted a break! Our party host BECCA at Silver City was phenomenal! She was patient, kind, attentive to the kids and everything ran flawlessly. We had the party there from 4-7pm on Sunday June 4th and BECCA you have been SPOTTED! Thank you for everything- we could tell you enjoy your job and we wanted to recognize you in a special way! AWESOME STAFF

90% of the time I stop at Timmy's at Dougall & Cabana. I've gotten to know the workers as well as they've gotten to know me.( lol by my face AND order) Anyway all last week I joked with Brendon the manager about strawberry powdered time bits not being available. He kept saying tomorrow (lol ok) To start a Monday they had some put aside just for today. Thank you Maggie and Brendon it's the little things that make a person's day and you my friends have made mine. Thank you for a little thing" that man's alot.

Amazing care at ER Ouellette campus

I wanted to spot every doctor, nurse, and administrator I dealt with all week at ER Ouellette campus. Now before you say, "but that's their job." Hear me out. From the minute I saw the nurse in triage I was treated with kindness, respect, and dignity. I started explaining my problem and I burst out crying- it wasn't because I had a life threatening problem, it was from stress of the unknown. She was so so kind and reassured me that I made the right decision to come in and that I would be taken care of. (I wish I took note of her name). Then I had a fantastic efficient nurse while waiting for the doctor and DR. Favot was so so kind. He was obviously busy, but I heard him speaking kind and in a dignified manner to every person he encountered staff and patients. I have since been back multiple times and have received fantastic care. Especially I would like to spot nurse Nicole for being so thorough and helpful and kind. And again a blond nurse in triage - all business but so sweet- I offered to get her a coffee when I was going to get one. She said, "no thanks. And it won't get you in any sooner." Haha. I didn't think of it that way- I was offering because I was going there and talking to her at the moment. So yes, I know as doctors and nurses it is their job to care for us when we come in. But it is not their job to treat us so awesome. Believe me, I spent a lot of time observing- the staff were treated like garbage a lot of the time by people. People were demanding, entitled, rude, disrespectful, brats. I did not see that behaviour once change the attitude or professional behaviour of the doctor or nursing staff at Ouellette campus ER. So thank you for your care and kindness. Keep up the amazing work and know your attitude and kindness is noticed as well as your amazing ability to do your job.

Customer service at its BEST!

Ok so. I really need to send a shout out to God because He is always there for me! He always sees me through. As most people know, I lost my cell phone yesterday. And before anyone asks.. No it hasnt been returned yet😢. However, I was given a loaner phone by a friend until I could afford to replace mine. All I had to do was get a new sim card for it.. When I called Fido to tell them I had a temporary phone, the lady I spoke with gave me a $10.00 credit to my account so that I would not have to pay anything for the sim card. 😀
Today I went to the mall to get my new sim card and the best thing happened! I went to Wirelesswave and got the best service I ever had!! I had to wait for at least half an hour, but patience definitely pays off.. That and I had a book to read while I waited.
Wirelesswaves Store Manager Adam was AMAZING!!!!!! When I explained what happend, Adam looked at my account and found out that I qualified for an upgrade on the phone I lost and that I didnt have to pay anything for it. Then he looked at my bill and saw that I had alot of overage charges. He reworked my plan so that I now pay less per month. He gave me an option that if I went with the same phone I had, I would have enough instore credits to get a tablet for no money down as well. This way my son can skype using the tablet instead of my phone!! Then he was then able to use the last of my credits to get a case for both my phone and the tablet. After all that, I still had almost $5.00 left over that I was able to donate the rest to the childrens hospital.
So now I have a new phone and a tablet for less than I was paying before!!
The only problem I am having now is that Fidos customer service center was closed by the time we finished getting everything set up. So I have to wait until Monday for my phone to be turned back on. But hey I can live with that!😀😀😀😀😀 Thankyou God for your faithfulness, and Adam @ WIRELESSWAVE for your AWSOME Service !!

I was at the party store in essex with my daughter and 2 grandsons when a nice man asked the boys if they were being good to which they responded yes of coarse. He then handed them each a box of smarties and said that was for being good. Thank you again my grandsons talked about how nice it was you did that you made a huge impact on them. You not only taught them but also myself that it really means alot to a child when another person recognizes their good behavior something i will start doing also!! My grandsons are 5 and 7 years old and really can't stop talking about you. So thank you so much....you have been spotted!!

Thank You

To our waitress Kirsten last night at Mazzars Dowtown location and management. Your restaurant was very busy last night and unfortunately you had some staff issues beyond your control. Our experience started out not so good to the point we almost got up and left after waiting 15 mins for a server to approach our table. Then we did get a server put our order in and then another 15 mins goes by and still no drinks or anything.
Then Kirsten comes explains she will be taking over apologizes for everything and did a wonderful job making sure we got what we needed.
To the management as well who came over and apologized and made sure everything was ok and took an appetizer off our bill and brought a dessert to our table....... Thank You for turning around a bad experience.
