Spotted : To my teacher. Over three years ago around Christmas you approached me asking if I was ok. You had noticed I was even quieter than usual. I was going through a rough time in my life and was thinking of doing something I would now never do. Just because you reached out to me the way you did, it made me realize people do care. I was lost, confused and tired of everything bad going on in my life. I don’t think you understand what type of effect you had on me and my then current situation. I just want to say thank you for noticing something and acting on it. You are older, wiser and more educated and you did make everything clear to me. You saved me, and I think about it every day. I am in a much better place right now and dating this amazing guy. With Christmas just around the corner and remembering this time of year 3 years ago when you approached me makes me smile. I will never forget your words “One day at a time--this is enough. Do not look back and grieve over the past for it is gone; and do not be troubled about the future, for it has not yet come. Live in the present, and make it so beautiful it will be worth remembering.” I wish I had the courage to name you so you know who you are, but even if this helps get the message across to stop and pay attention to people around you. People are always dealing with something. So if you notice a change, be a friend and be there for them.
Signed
A girl who knows where she would be if it was not for you that day

To the ladies who consoled my baby boy while he screamed as I cleaned up my older son who had just been violently ill outside of bath and body works you were truly amazing and helpful. you totally went out of your way to help us, and while I was trying to hold back my tears while both my boys cried, you called me "super mom". I can't say enough thanks to you both. I'm pretty sure that you as a mother of 6 children is the super mom. Thanks again....

I drove down Ypres between Walker and Howard. I noticed that most (with possibly the exception of 2-3 homes) of the houses on the north side of the street ALL had shoveled their sidewalks. And shoveled them well, too. Good job!

Spotted: yesterday I got stuck in the snow near clover and couldn't get out for almost 20 minutes. This is my first time driving in this weather. A man took the time to get out of his car and push mine out of the snow. To this man , you have been spotted ! Thank you so much for helping me learn how to drive in the snow !

Spotted: I had went to the grocery store yesterday to get some pineapple and simple household items..To the man that thought they had the right of way and hit me while I was in the middle of crossing the grocery store parking lot RIGHT in front of the store.. and then sped away when I tried to walk over to your window after. It was clear that you had seen me but chose not to stop, yet I am very glad you slowed down. I am not too badly hurt. I took down your license plate and have eye witnesses. I will be reporting you to the police to warn them of such recklessness. What if you were going much faster and would've severely injured me or if I was an elderly person. I am a very forgiving and kind person but I sincerely hope you feel guilty for what you had done. You sped away so fast, you would've barely noticed if I had hurt myself badly. Getting bumped by a car was just a cherry on top of my fantastic weekend *insert sarcasm*. Please be more careful while driving, someone could get killed or seriously injured.

Signed, the girl who just wanted to go home and eat some fruit.

Spotted : I would like to thank the wonderful mailman who helped me get my car out this morning. I've been sick and haven't been able to drive my car the last two days so this morning when I went out the snowplow had already gone down my street and my car was totally boxed in with snow. I was already running late to pick up my friend from work and having trouble shoveling the snow out from around my car when my mail man went out of his way to come over and give me advise on how to turn my wheel and did all of the shoveling for me. I would have been there forever other wise!! thank u so much it was so awesome.

thanks again, a grateful young lady!
