#MERRYCHRISTMAS

In the name of God the Most Compassionate the Most Merciful.

From this Muslim to everyone celebrating Christmas :

Upon the anniversary of the birth of Jesus, son of Mary ( Peace Be Upon Them), Word of God, The Messenger of Mercy. I would like to congratulate the followers of the Abrahamic faiths, especially my Christian brethren, on the birth of Jesus (Peace Be Upon Him). I pray for the new year to be a year of happiness, prosperity, peace and brotherhood for humanity. A year free of aggression and war.I wish you all success and happiness.

Merry Christmas to all , and especially my middle eastern Christian brethren in Syria, Iraq and Lebanon. And as a SHIA Muslim it brings me nothing but pride to see that Christians of the Middle East , are safest in SHIA Muslim majority countries. Bless you all my brothers.

Your Muslim brother

"If you are not my brother in faith then you are my equal in humanity.."

Imam Ali (Peace be Upon Him).

Spotted : To the young man who came into Sobeys St.Clair Beach and bought $75.00 in gift certificates and tooth brushes, tooth paste and soap for the Women's shelter in Windsor. It warms my heart to see a hard working young man give his money to a very good place. You have been spotted.

I've spotted two of the most kind hearted, and generous people I've ever met in my entire life. To our two best friends, I don't think that I could ever thank you enough for what you've done.
Today, my girlfriend was in a car accident. Luckily, everyone involved wasn't hurt badly. I wasn't able to make it to the scene as quickly as I had liked, so I called my friend who lives nearby to make sure she was alright. Unfortunately, he wasn't able to get there right away, because like most people, including myself, he was at work on Christmas eve. We finally got everything cleared up, After a very stressful afternoon, we made it home safely. Once we got home, my best friend and his wife stopped by to say hello and exchange Christmas presents. Not only did they bring a wonderful Christmas over, but they brought an incredible contribution to help fix the car, knowing we don't have a lot of money to play around with. These people have no idea what they've done, and it means the world to me.
I love these two people so much, and I can't begin to fathom how I can pay them back. You both are incredible people.
Thank you so much for everything you've ever done

And to the police, firefighters and em's workers that were on scene, a big thank you to you aswell. The officer that dealt with us was such a polite and kind person, and really understood that we can't afford to buy a new vehicle, and how much that vehicle meant to the both of us. You are all so incredible.
Signed,
A man who is incredibly relieved that my better half isn't hurt.

Spotted : To the rude, inconsiderate lady in the 4 door red Focus on Walker Rd at 1:35pm.... You need your license pulled for driving like that. You may not have family you care about but I do. I didn't appreciate you turning in front of me when I was only 30 ft away, then give me the finger because I honked. I'm sure the police would love to talk to you about your driving, cutting everybody off and how you used the turn lane to pass everyone illegally. You need to retake your training and learn to sit on your ever rising middle finger!

Spotted : My best friend is the most loving and generous woman I have ever known. She runs a charity called iPads for Autism (i4A) and has organized many fundraisers, raffles etc to give deserving local families, who would otherwise not be able to afford them, an amazing tool for their child diagnosed with ASD. Last night she heard about a family who had recently needed to move back to the area very quickly and were unable to bring most of their belongings with them. Even though i4A was on hiatus for the Christmas holidays, my best friend made sure this little girl will have an iPad for
Christmas. What an incredible, and generous person. So many local children have already benefitted from her hard work. She works tirelessly to make miracles happen without even realizing that SHE is the miracle. Truly the embodiment if Christmas spirit.
To this lady, you make the world a better place every single day.

I am 28 years old. One of my best Christmas memories is when my father bundled my sister and myself and took us to the "North Pole". I was 3 years old then, full of hope that I had indeed been to the North Pole. Every year after to this day, I make my way to the "North Pole". I want to say thank you to the kind family in Lighthouse Cove near Tilbury, you have given me priceless memories that I will cherish forever! I want to say shame on those who say negative things about this family collecting donations for "make a wish foundation", because of you I could not find the donation box, so I left my donations on this families porch! Bless the "North Pole" in Lighthouse Cove, you have been spotted for the last 25 years!

Spotted : Over the weekend, my mother who is suffering from colon cancer spread to the bones had a bad reaction to her first dose of chemotherapy. Her at home nurse recommended we call an ambulance and take her to the ER. What a mistake that was! The paramedics were fantastic; personable, caring, and helpful. Unfortunately, the same could not be said about the nurses on call that evening. After waiting in the ER for 5+ hours without any pain meds because she was unable to ingest them (bone cancer is known to be one of the most, if not the most, painful cancers), the way she was treated by the attending staff disgusted me. She was told that she should "accept the consequences of chemo or give up" and that the hospital was crowded enough without her there. The fact that anyone had the audacity to say this to a suffering patient is truly despicable. Once we relayed this information to her nurse from Saint Elizabeth, she was as horrified as we were and shocked they did not admit her to the hospital overnight. We will of course be lodging a formal complaint against these individuals, but I thought that this would be an appropriate method to show the lack of sympathy shown to my mother. The other patients there that evening shared this sentiment and I believe they too are owed some sort of reconciliation of the situation.
Any Met ER nurses reading this: I sincerely hope this opens your eyes to the way patients deserve to be treated.
